My next review iz anotha compilation! Seems like every other review iz like a compilation or somethin’? Celsius Records The Celsius Compilation, released in 1999 on Celsius Records; leggo! Start Time: 10:36 PM | End Time: 11:25 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Mind Gone (Beat & Mic Mix)”
>>> Sounds good/tha beat sounds like it has a sample in tha sounds, or somethin’? Cool lil’ singin’ hook about “gettin’ high;” gotta dig it…! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds okay; can’t complain wit tha luv fa “shmokin’ dat marijuana!” Diggin’ how much tha dude on tha 2^nd verse luvs tha shmoke; gotta keep it goin’! Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it decent; not much ta continue ta say, here… My Rating: 4.2

02. “LV Thugs”
>>> Sounds pretty nice, wit tha typical bounce sound in tha background, here; dope, aggressive hook! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds good, fa representin’ in a nice way… Tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well; not much else ta say… Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it’s soundin’ okay, as well; just a regular-soundin’ verse… Hearin’ tha IV^th verse (lol), here & dude sounds like someone you should watch yo step with; good shit…! My Rating: 4.0

03. “Life As A Hustler”
>>> Nice lil’ laidback beat, here; feelin’ tha sound… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds cool; good lil’ “life” mission, as a “hustler!” Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ nice wit tha determination I detect in tha flow/rhymes…; good shit! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and y’all soundin’ nice, wit tha rhymes. Oh, ain’t “probation” a bitch, huh? Rough times; tha fate iz near, it seems? Got tha 3^rd verse goin’ on, here; not too bad, I guess… My Rating: 3.9

04. “Live Or Die”
>>> Beat sounds good, here; all about tha dark vibes! Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds good; all about survival! Got tha 1^st verse goin’ on, here & it’s pretty aggressive. Gotta luv dat southern, undaground, pure, dark, Louisiana rap music! Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here & it’s consistent, once again; gotta luv it! Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it’s soundin’ nice, once again; good shit, overall… My Rating: 4.1

05. “EEA”
>>> Sounds like a cool beat, as well as tha hyped-up beat; good start… So, tha title stands for “Everyday, Every weekend, All tha time;” nice… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and this voice sounds like they’re in a good vibe ta party; definitely nice… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it sounds good; consistent rhymes, includin’ some spellin’! Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it ain’t too bad, here… There’s a 2^nd part to tha 3^rd verse and it sounds much betta, wit this fast flowin’! I like how tha verse ends wit a reference to “8Ball & MJG” and their “Space Age Pimpin’” track; good shit…! My Rating: 4.3

06. “Floss Mode”
>>> Beat’s a lil’ calm, here, wit a lil’ bit of upbeatness… Hearin’ tha hook and it aight; not too bad, so far… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s pretty nice; let’s see howt his continues… Tha 2^nd verse sounds nice, wit tha “S-U-C-K-E-R,” tha “F-R-E-E-,” tha “T-R-I-C-K” & “P-I-M-P” parts; dope… Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it’s good; I dig when tha rappin’ gets faster…! My Rating: 4.2

½time: Sounds like a great CD, here; a 4.1-rated CD, so far! How will we continue dis bitch?

07. “We Parlay”
>>> Too slow of a beat start, here; sounds like a sample of an old song, in tha beat… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds like a way to sell out? Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice; I dig how that chick sings tha title/parts! Tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ nice; not too bad, overall… “Roll up tha windows, don’t let tha shmoke up;” true dat! Got tha 3^rd verse goin’ on, here & it’s good; I’ll give it that… My Rating: 4.3

08. “Let’s Bounce”
>>> Beat’s soundin’ bouncy, I guess? More on tha upbeat vibe, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it ain’t too bad, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds a lil’ odd wit tha different voices…; I’ono, I guess it’s okay… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and I’m diggin’ tha flow; let’s see what else iz here… Tha 3^rd verse has a nice, fast-soundin’ flow goin’ on, here; definitely a plus… Got tha 4^th verse goin’ on, here; not too bad, overall… My Rating: 3.8

09. “Mind Gone (Original)”
>>> This sounds nice as an original version; still a great lil’ vibe! My Rating: 4.2

10. “Thug Life”
>>> Sounds like a slower vibe, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it str8; let’s see what else iz here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s a female singin’, once again… Sounds like a dark lil’ vibe of this “Thug Life,” here, even tho I liked tha “We Parlay” singin’ betta… Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here; it’s decent, as I have nothin’ ta say about it… Now, tha 3^rd verse iz here and it’s okay, on this chill-type track… My Rating: 3.1

11. “Side Hater”
>>> Sounds like a faster-soundin’ beat but tha hook ain’t really fa me. I only fucked wit that “We Parlay” female hook; don’t need any more of ‘em… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ okay; lol, “Ball, parlay,” as y’all referenced tha parlayin’! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it ain’t too bad, here… My Rating: 3.2

12. “Side Hater (Radio)”

Overall: Felt consistent in tha beginning but dropped a lil’, toward tha end… Either way, looks like y’all did a nice job wit this one!
