This iz from L.A. Tre, who I first discovered 2 years ago on Jimmy The
DJ’s Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 1 wit tha “In The Hood” song. He sounded good
from that, and I’m assumin’ he saw tha review ‘cause he friend requested me not
too long afta that (I think). Thanx for tha friend request a while back, and
now, lemme see what you’re REALLY about! Here goes my review fa Baton Rouge’s own L.A.

It’s 1:26 long, so I’m DEFINITELY lookin’ forward ta seein’ what you gotta say!! >>> Now, this beat (and yourself) sounds REAL interestin’ ta hear!! Let’s DEFINITELY see what’s goin’ on here!! Sure you are! I believe ya, but let’s hear what tha song has ta say for itself! >>> That beat came outta nowhere; NICE & LOUD!! Tha quality iz REAL LOUD here, lol! Tha hook iz DEFINITELY nice wit this beat; good shit right here!! Soundin’ good on tha 1st verse wit tha hood shit here; feelin’ it! Nice job on tha 1st verse, keepin’ tha undaground HOT! I like how you said, “bruh,” at 2:13; you KNOW I luv that word! As far as that word, you’re doin’ ya thang on tha 2nd verse! Soundin’ like you’re DEFINITELY havin’ positive self-esteem here, so that’s a plus! REAL NICE startin’ song; makes me wanna hear MUCH, MUCH more from you!!! My Rating: 4.4
03. “Never Turn My Back”
I feel you on dat, ya dig! Only 2:39 on tha length, so let’s see what you’re about on this one! >>> LOL @ tha beat… Oh wait, I thought it was tha “Louie Bag” beat; no! It’s “She Got It.” At least it’s YOU rappin’ though! Nice “0’s followed by commas” part in tha 1st verse; sounds like you got thingz goin’ on here, since I heard tha “college” part too! DEFINITELY feelin’ tha “sold weed, crack…” part; DEFINITELY showin’ some street shit that goes on (and what really DOESN’T go on wit tha fakes). Oh, and tha hook iz good too! It makes you forget how poppy this song originally was as “She Got It!” Tha flow/rhymes in tha 2nd verse sound REAL catchy; people’ll REALLY like tha way tha 2nd verse sounds! My Rating: 4.2

Anotha “never” title already, lol! And, tha title has an exclamation point; uh oh, haterz!! Let’s see what beat you got here, as well as what you finna say!! >>> It sounds original ta me, but then again, I don’t know. I like tha creepy beat. DJ Khaled announcin’ tha beat? I like Lil’ Wayne on tha hook wit tha “neva been a pussy ‘cause my hood’ll neva let me” shit! You sound like you’re doin’ tha damn thang on this beat; DEFINITELY like how you sound on these tracks a WHOLE lot!! I fuckin’ luv my undaground peeps, ya dig!! Sounds like you’re on your hustle again on tha 2nd verse; I feel ya, ESPECIALLY all those statistics you’re predictin’! Nice job, and lol @ tha slow-ass ending to tha end; I liked dat! My Rating: 4.3

Looks like it’s DEFINITELY Baton Rouge on its title; let’s see EXACTLY what we got here (lol @ all my “let’s see”s in my previews, lol)! >>> Almost thought tha beat intro was familiar, but I don’t know it. DEFINITELY likin’ this loud/real high quality!! Tha hook iz slow (I thought it was gonna be fast), but I luv it; DEFINITELY luv your style!! Tha flowin’ on tha 1st verse iz definitely nice; I thought I would hear more club lyrics, but it’s good still! Tha 2nd verse iz here, and I’m DEFINITELY luvin’ tha Baton Rouge lyrics wit tha “if ya jiggin’ out ya body” shit, as well as tha “all tha way retarded” shit; GLAD you brought BR to tha table!! I like tha “you’ll be dead like Louis XIII” part a WHOLE lot!! DEFINITELY in luv wit this shit right here, ESPECIALLY when you go “bang, bang” on tha hook, referrin’ to sound effects! My Rating: 4.6

Yes, you DEFINITELY do so far!! It’s like Deal Or No Deal: You’re openin’ up all tha low amount cases, while you have a REAL GR8 chance at havin’ tha million dollar case, ya dig! DEFINITELY lookin’ forward ta this joint too!! >>> LOL @ tha beat start; reminds me of it bein’ a GOOD start! I like tha “frozen” part in tha 1st verse, and you’re doin’ tha damn thang wit this slow flow! Once again, I feel that typical listeners would really like your flow ‘cause of its pace! I like tha “fuck tha pillz and tha weed, I got mo of dat” part before tha 1st verse ended; nice job on tha 1st verse! I’m hearin’ tha hook, and it’s DEFINITELY on a catchy level wit tha title bein’ said frequently. Even addin’ tha gangsta shit on tha end of tha hook wit tha “I put dat tool on ya ass” part! Tha 2nd verse DEFINITELY has a NICE Cash Money type of flow in it, and I like tha “gamble/dice game” part; you KNOW I luv my gamblin’!! Nice job on tha 2nd verse, as this joint was just tha shit!! Oh, no… I know what tha song’s beat gon have, but really, I may be from New York, but when I hear you, anyone from Louisiana, AND myself, it’s a Louisiana state of mind, ya dig! Nothin’ but Louisiana, Louisiana, Louisiana!! That’s how I feel when I fuck wit Louisiana in a MAJOR way! But, since this ain’t that bad of a song (originally), let’s see how you came on it… >>> Oh wait, this ain’t tha Jay-Z & Alicia Keys song. Then, I’m not really inta tha beat here. However, I don’t think I’ll be disappointed of your rappin’. I see why you wanna be havin’ a “New York State Of Mind;” ‘cause it feels like a bigger area. Different flow here, and it’s soundin’ good. I’m likin’ tha lyrics here; they sound Pop-targettin’. Still comin’ through good on tha 2nd verse; I like dat “answer like a scantron” part! I can tell you had some school in you! Nice countdown to tha end of tha 2nd verse wit tha “shoot ‘em down like 5, 4, 3, 2, 1” part! My Rating: 3.8

You KNOW I luv titles like this; let’s see what you got goin’ on here!! >>> I’m DEFINITELY inta tha beat for a start; let’s see how HIGH tha rating goes here!! Pretty good on tha intro; luved tha beat kicks at :23!! Oh, it went to tha 1st verse; REALLY likin’ tha club lyrics here, ESPECIALLY wit tha “jiggin’/rollin’” part!! Thanx for tha “long island” shout out! I know it wasn’t referred ta my hometown of “Long Island,” NY, but it’s still “Long Island” in my mind, lol! I know it says, “Show Ya Ass Off” for tha title, but you’re sayin’ “ya” as “yo;” it all good though. Tha hook was typical ta anotha “Show Ya Ass Off” song I heard, so you KNOW it’s already acceptable! DEFINITELY feelin’ ya vibe on this one, and tha 2nd verse iz soundin’ good!! Nice job wit tha rhymes, and I’m STILL luvin’ tha beat kicks EVERY 4 lines!! Yes, STILL goin’ here wit a 3rd verse!! DEFINITELY feelin’ tha rhymes here, as you’re comin’ through hard right here!! DEFINITELY anotha catchy-ass beat here, and tha hook iz soundin’ catchy too; gr8 hood shit here about rejectin’ tha “trust” of “a hoe,” lol! LOL @ tha start to tha 1st verse, “slowly” “fuckin’ ‘em slow!” Catchy wit tha rhymes here when it comes ta this topic; nice job on tha 1st verse. I’m not sure who you have on tha feature (on tha hook), but it somewhat sounds like JR Dot from Down Bad. Sounds like SCORCHIN’ “dragon” rhymes comin’ out in tha 2nd verse here; good shit! REAL NICE “flash screen, and no cable” part! DEFINITELY a good 2nd verse, and oh shit, only 32 seconds left. At least it’s an acapella hook! My Rating: 4.3

Everybody capitalizes tha “i,” but really, if it’s in tha form of an “iPod,” “iTunes,” etc., it’s lower-case. It looks like this’ll be a REAL BIG anthem fa me, ESPECIALLY wit 4:32 on tha length!! DEFINITELY lookin’ forward ta what you got on this one!!! >>> Ooh, DEFINITELY goin’ original here!! I STILL don’t know tha producer’s tag name (tha one that goes “this iz a ___ ___ production!”), but tha hook iz DEFINITELY tha shit!! Wow, this CD just keeps GOIN’ & GOIN’ & GOIN’!!! DEFINITELY luved tha hook, as it was grimy, gutta, and it even had “dawg” in it; GR8 shit!! It sounds like you’re doin’ ya thang on tha 1st verse; keepin’ it street here!! Here’s tha 2nd verse, tha follow up to dat NICE 1st verse! You’re DEFINITELY on yo Rap shit here, keepin’ it 100 to tha fullest!! Tha length iz 4 seconds longer from tha last song, but I don’t know about this title. Lemme inhale/exhale real quick so I’m patient for it. *Inhales & exhales* >>> Sounds a lil’ like a deeper Southern/darker version of tha “Lovers & Friends” song wit tha beat, but tha sample iz actually Madonna “This Used To Be My Playground” on tha bassline; what a REAL surprise fa me! DEFINITELY feelin’ tha dark theme wit dat sample!! Catchy lyrics here fa tha females, and it’s DEFINITELY on a GR8 level!! Glad I prepared myself fa this ‘cause it worked! Even tha hook (wit tha singin’) sounds good on this; you NEVA disappoint, ya dig!! Tha lyrics are DEFINITELY catchy wit tha “without havin’ someone wit you, _____ happens” type of lyrics, as well as tha memories; nice job! I like tha 2nd verse, as well as tha long beat outro of about 40 seconds! Well, you surprised me wit tha Madonna sample, and I’m glad this song turned out gr8!! My Rating: 4.2

Ugh @ tha Jay-Z beat, but I guess we were ‘pose ta get it before; now, we officially got it. Hope you DO THA DAMN THANG on it!! >>> I’m likin’ tha talkin’ in tha beginning; glad for tha intro/skit! Sounded a lil’ like Curren$y in tha beginning talkin’, and speakin’ of Curren$y, tha flow here on tha 1st verse has that Curren$y feel to it, ESPECIALLY wit tha voice! I like what you said at about 1:20 wit tha “___ tools” (couldn’t exactly make out tha word); good shit! LMAO @ tha “ridin’ on a nigga dick like a fuckin’ pony” part! Glad you’re “eliminatin’ your opponents” though! I like tha “I’m below 0” part too; GLAD you did a freestyle on this CD ‘cause you DEFINITELY needed one!! STILL doin’ it big on tha 3:00-3:50 mark!! No wonder why it’s a bonus… Almost wanted ta skip tha shit outta this one afta tha 1st 10 seconds! You sound REAL AWFUL on tha Auto-Tune, ESPECIALLY when you’re singin’!! Tha Madonna sample song was MUCH, MUCH betta!! Ouch! I feel my stomach beggin’ fa food as I speak; I’m gettin’ hungry!! I don’t even need ta comment anymore! Such a TERRIBLE ending ta such a GR8 CD!! Positive lyrics DO NOT express seriously on Auto-Tune vocals!! Tha length was 4:23, and it’s STILL goin’; WTF? It added an extra 23 seconds on my iTunes; it should’ve just stopped, lol! My Rating: 1.0
Overall: Well, I must say, REAL GR8 CD!! Tha last song knocked your average CD rating down 1/5 of a point, sadly, so make sure you don’t get on Auto-Tune again! But, other than that, I DEFINITELY luved how you came through on each track! NOTHIN’ else disappointed me, and your flow was catchy, as well as tha shit you was rappin’ about!! I KNEW I was gonna have a LOTTA hope in you, and it was TRUE! Keep doin’ ya thang, my boy, and I hope you like this review I just did fa you; 6 pages long!

Lemme inhale/exhale real quick so I’m patient for it. *Inhales & exhales* >>> Sounds a lil’ like a deeper Southern/darker version of tha “Lovers & Friends” song wit tha beat, but tha sample iz actually Madonna “This Used To Be My Playground” on tha bassline; what a REAL surprise fa me! DEFINITELY feelin’ tha dark theme wit dat sample!! Catchy lyrics here fa tha females, and it’s DEFINITELY on a GR8 level!! Glad I prepared myself fa this ‘cause it worked! Even tha hook (wit tha singin’) sounds good on this; you NEVA disappoint, ya dig!! Tha lyrics are DEFINITELY catchy wit tha “without havin’ someone wit you, _____ happens” type of lyrics, as well as tha memories; nice job! I like tha 2nd verse, as well as tha long beat outro of about 40 seconds! Well, you surprised me wit tha Madonna sample, and I’m glad this song turned out gr8!! My Rating: 4.2

Sounded a lil’ like Curren$y in tha beginning talkin’, and speakin’ of Curren$y, tha flow here on tha 1st verse has that Curren$y feel to it, ESPECIALLY wit tha voice! I like what you said at about 1:20 wit tha “___ tools” (couldn’t exactly make out tha word); good shit! LMAO @ tha “ridin’ on a nigga dick like a fuckin’ pony” part! Glad you’re “eliminatin’ your opponents” though! I like tha “I’m below 0” part too; GLAD you did a freestyle on this CD ‘cause you DEFINITELY needed one!! STILL doin’ it big on tha 3:00-3:50 mark!! A bonus song… Not sure about tha title, so lemme take dat breath again. *Inhales & exhales* >>> Did you REALLY have ta do an Auto-Tune song? No wonder why it’s a bonus… Almost wanted ta skip tha shit outta this one afta tha 1st 10 seconds! You sound REAL AWFUL on tha Auto-Tune, ESPECIALLY when you’re singin’!! Tha Madonna sample song was MUCH, MUCH betta!! Ouch! I feel my stomach beggin’ fa food as I speak; I’m gettin’ hungry!! I don’t even need ta comment anymore! Such a TERRIBLE ending ta such a GR8 CD!! Positive lyrics DO NOT express seriously on Auto-Tune vocals!! Tha length was 4:23, and it’s STILL goin’; WTF? It added an extra 23 seconds on my iTunes; it should’ve just stopped, lol! Overall: Well, I must say, REAL GR8 CD!! Tha last song knocked your average CD rating down 1/5 of a point, sadly, so make sure you don’t get on Auto-Tune again! But, other than that, I DEFINITELY luved how you came through on each track! NOTHIN’ else disappointed me, and your flow was catchy, as well as tha shit you was rappin’ about!! I KNEW I was gonna have a LOTTA hope in you, and it was TRUE! Keep doin’ ya thang, my boy, and I hope you like this review I just did fa you; 6 pages long!
