Reviewed on 2.18.2011 (Review #827)
‘Bout ta step up and do my 2nd ever DVD review! Really appreciated tha 1st volume and I’m real glad they came wit a 2nd one! Tha 1st review caught tha attention of Troy, himself, as he gave me his cell numba; that’s a definite plus! Thanx to JP, I got a hard copy, but I also got it from WOS’s forum, I believe, too, in computer-video format. My anticipated review fa Troy “Da Triggaman” Route “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It 2: Tha Sequel”!!! Lemme see if there’s any errors on tha back cover, lol… *Checks* Good, no errors, and a very anticipatin’ message! Start Time: 6:03 PM | End Time: 12:03 AM
Quick Note: I rate each scene from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care what’s what! As long as it’s cool and good enough for me to like it! I look for swag/style and then tha storyline. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a scene gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already; if at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I see it) so any scene can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I see tha scene; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha scene while I’m watching it.

01. “Intro” (0:00 – 2:54)
What ta expect, lol? Prolly a really great intro or somethin’!! I’m goin’ by tha clock on tha Windows Media Player. >>>
0:00: Y’all got tha “its” form correct on tha disclaimer, lol; good job. “Rated Hood,” lol!
0:26: Nice opening scene of tha car! Expecting it to be Troy pullin’ out tha car? Let’s see… Interestin’ voiceover, lol? It looks like it’s tha person (head cut off—mysterious) but it sounds like a voiceover to me, lol. “5-2-5-1” on tha phone doesn’t spell “R-A-T-S,” lol; it’s really “7-2-8-7”. Just found out at 1:19 that it’s “Mr. Tell-On-Everybody”; interestin’ name, although not called for… really, ya dig? Uh oh, who’s at “tha do’”? I keep thinkin’ you’re gonna be here, Troy…
1:53: Oh shit, someone wit a long-ass gun (rifle?)! Great, two-second lead to tha opening text!
1:57: Tha music sounds tight. Really likin’ these background scenes of tha city at night and tha text, too!
2:04: Iz that an iguana by tha gambling money on tha ground, lol? Tha graphics look HDish, too! As always, I hate seein’ those guns; makes people look fake, in my opinion. LOL, that ass scared me fa a second but now, I see dat it’s a girl, luckily.
2:16: Was dat coke, lol? Shout out ta err-body doin’ all tha extra work fa you, Troy; tha editor, director, and err-body else! Of course, havin’ tha gun shot transition to tha next part (in a good way for a transition), lol.
2:24: LOL, there you are! Talk about tha golds; gotta luv ‘em! “Millionaire Entertainment” in tha buildin’ (as always)!! Nice city scenes once again, too. Once again, anotha real great intro!!! Tha previous one was good, too; this one brought me in better, though! My Rating: 4.4
02. “Gardere Lane” (2:54 – 7:15)
Wow!! What real nice text and emerge unlike tha last DVD, lol!! I liked tha last DVD’s plain fade-in/fade-out chapter title but this iz tha shit!!! That smoke/color in tha background iz crazy!!! Could it be tha best startin’ place on tha DVD?!? Hope it’s pretty lengthy (at least five minutes)!! Have soooooooooo much anticipation fa dis place; you know how they held it down in 2009! BluBlack, Hannibal, Yung Yola (free him!!), D.$.G. (free him, too!!), Young Maniac, Butla, Toke, all tha people affiliated wit Blu, and prolly others! Let’s get it!! Excitement rushes through my body!!! >>>
2:58: LOL, perfect theme music (BluBlack Feat. Beezy Bird, Needy Nee, Lil’ Mike, Ace & Kidd “Hood Song (Dat Lane)”); couldn’t’ve been said any better!! Luvin’ tha quality here!! What’s up wit tha gurl (Needy Nee?) wit tha big gun? So many people could look like BluBlack wit those dreads and low eyes, lol. Nice shirt at 3:09 on tha left wit all tha white and colors!
3:34: Here comes tha talkin’; let’s see who dis iz wit tha red bandanna over their mouth… Actually, couldn’t figure it out but two seconds later, funny-lookin’ scene wit (I believe) BluBlack in a “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It” mask as well as a “Scream”-masked dude in tha background? What iz this? That’s definitely BluBlack’s voice wit tha “TI&LI” mask! Tha gun’s pretty crazy; I have to stress it everytime I see one! I believe I had to’ve said this in tha last DVD review and I gon say it again: January 23, 2008, I had a gun to me; it remains tha most-recent, last time I’ve seen a gun, so far.
3:49: Who’s this dude wit two guns? LOL, not-known “Desert Eagle,” huh? Not bein’ a gun person, that was prolly my favorite named gun back ‘round ’99 or ’01 when I would play “Tomb Raider” for PlayStation; luv dat game and dat gurl Lara Croft!!! I think that gun even did me real good in tha game, itself. Either way, not sure who tha dude iz.
4:04: What tha hell iz that golden-lookin’ bar in BluBlack’s left hand? LOL? “They got my nigga Disco laid up in tha bed, right now;” oh yea, forgot he was shot last year ‘round tha Spring. Hope he doin’ aight… ROFL, “tha Boogeyman!” LOL, talk about ironic: tha background on my desktop just changed from Alexia and I to tha BluBlack “Code Blu” CD, lol!
4:34: LOL, anything else ta show off other than tha guns? Just sayin’… If I was on this DVD, I’d show off my talent—multiple talents! All this shit creates a stereotype in my mind dat “if you’re a rapper and don’t have a gun, you make me laugh a lil’;” I have tons more soft “stereotypes,” unfortunately, to people, lol. 4:44 iz Sims; noticed him on tha right. Oh, so that’s what that “golden bar” was earlier; “big bullets,” lol. *Sarcastic voice* I might-as-well masturbate about guns ‘cause they’ll always be in my fantasies, lol! That could be a rhyme for somethin’, but it’s true! Tha “masturbation” part goes wit tha sarcasm and I don’t believe in seein’ ‘em easy like dis.
5:10: ROFL! What a random encounter!! It’s Hannibal—prolly my most-talked-to person eva, behind my close family! “Needy Nee”; was she not there, since he mentioned, “don’t forget about my girl Needy Nee”?
5:19: Wit tha music back on, what’s that on tha gun shinin’ (it’s turnin’ from red to orange and so on…)? I thought it was lettin’ us know dat somethin’ was ‘bout ta come out, lol. All these things equal to tha stereotype of “bringin’ your mom into conversation,” too; can’t put up to hear it, lol! Hannibal’s watch looks pretty nice at 5:30!!
5:37: Iz dat Young True (on tha left wit tha golds)? Tha face somewhat looks like it—don’t know tha dude on tha right, though. Still, who iz in tha “Scream” mask, lol?! Good ending to tha song—y’all chose tha cold/end of tha song!
5:42: LOL, it looks like Hannibal again! Wonder what he gotta say… BTW, some of y’all look a lot bigger than I expected; I guess ‘cause I see tha pics from far away and this iz video action now, lol? Yup, all about “promotin’;” feelin’ tha background of tha store, which was a good choice! Finally, a revealed-BluBlack, lol! Oh yea, ‘cause there’s no guns, lol. Ooh, when I paused it, I found out dat it’s LaRhythms; definitely nice!! Gotta luv tha golds!! Uh oh, “gotta give a shout out…;” just paused it! Hope I’m in this; I deserve ta be!!!!!!!!!! Okay, 1st one was “Yola;” that’s a bet! I wrote him 24 times since May 2009; you know how I hold it down! Featured each and every single proof of letter in my “Tha Louisiana Pit” for 2.05.2011, in honor of his birthday! Glad he holdin’ up dat “Code Blu”; one of tha best CDs I’ve eva heard dat spawned him a whoppin’, record-settin’ 26 awards throughout 2009!! As I told my boy Jimmy The DJ yesterday, if I make it to any of those stores (CDs, clothes, etc.), I prolly gon spend at least $1,000 tha 1st visit; I’m that dedicated!! Still, where’s my shout out?!?
6:21: What a way to emerge on my birthday-time (6:21); S.O.S. in tha buildin’! LOL, “free my boy Obeeze;” he was in jail? I know this was quite a while ago when it was filmed but neva would guessed. Either way, good check in!
6:38: LOL, Hannibal said, “got my nigga…,” and I paused it. I said, “who,” and because I said, “who,” it’s prolly Young True (‘cause it rhymes and that’s what True said in his “Body N It” song); let’s see if I’m right! *Continues* LOL, Sims. I like tha posters in tha background. This had ta be in tha Summer ‘cause tha Young Ready “High Profile” “out now” poster iz shown. Good check in, as always!
6:54: LOL, just paused it again and Hannibal said, “my nigga L…;” wonder who it iz ‘cause I don’t know too many G-Lane people wit “L” in them. *Continues* Can’t spell his name but don’t know him; let’s see what he got ta say… Oh, it’s Kidd? Okay, then I know him; lookin’ forward ta hearin’ what he got ta say! Tha “brother of BluBlack,” I see? No wonder; lots of y’all look alike, in a way. I appreciated his check in! Hope there’s more ‘cause it hasn’t been a full five minutes, yet!
7:10: Nice, slow camera shot of all them! Fuck!! It faded out!! Didn’t get my full five minutes but I definitely enjoyed it!! Had ta be tha best startin’ place eva on a DVD!!! BTW, I compare Hannibal to weed; gotta talk to him at least once a week or else I go crazy, lol!! My Rating: 4.9 (I can relate to all them since I talked to most of them; high-ass rating!! Could’ve had a lil’ more, though!)
03. “Ghetto 9 News (Part 1)” (7:15 – 8:42)
What a nice, catchy openin’ fanfare, lol! Finna see what dis “news” iz about! >>>
7:41: What terrible-lookin’ buildings! Sucks about dat “building that has been (there) for 20 years.” Sad that tha tax dollars are not “comin’ to tha black community.”
8:37: Nice outro/outro fanfare for tha “Ghetto 9 News”, too, lol. I like this lil’ interlude; too bad they need ta update a lot of their shit! My Rating: 3.6
04. “Northdale” (8:42 – 11:22)
LOL, after tha “Gardere Lane” one, what could I expect/anticipate, lol? >>>
8:46: Nice start wit tha tires and fences; I feel like I’m playin’ “Tomb Raider” right now, lol. You keep buildin’ my interest up wit all these scenes! Looked like M Dot smokin’ a joint; lol, if I’m right, that would be good analysis for ya, lol!
9:10: Not sure of this dude—goes by tha name of “Tiger.” Luv all tha “ya heard me”s; talk about fast pace, lol! Most of tha dudes in this clique look young. “Rest in peace Bigum;” co-sign! Hope to learn more about dat dude; I only know dat he fucked wit Big Markee, R.I.P., too!
9:47: LOL, a random dude hyped me up for dat plain-lookin’ car. LOL @ tha hyperness! Where does it come from? Not sayin’ because y’all from BR but really, how do people get so hyper? It rarely happens to me… ROFL @ tha huge-ass saggin’ goin’ on, too, wit dat hyped-up dude showin’ off tha tattoo in tha back; not sure how y’all get in that mood, either. I’m not that crazy about faded, black-and-white tattoos. If I was to get one, it would have color in it (e.g., orange dice to define my gambling). I had a feelin’ I wasn’t expectin’ M Dot after I saw him at tha end of tha previous “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It”… By seein’ all y’all, I have to say, black people like y’all are Gods; it sux to have people die here and there. That’s why when someone dies in BR, it feels like tha world stopped/ended for a second. LOL, tha scene ended; iz it goin’ into a different Northdale scene? Nope, lol. My Rating: 3.8
05. “Troy Da Triggaman” (11:22 – 16:37)
You’re up next; lookin’ forward ta seein’ (and hopefully hearin’, too) you do ya thang!! >>>
11:28: Didn’t look like you, at first; I guess all tha disguise makes you look different. Lookin’ forward to watchin’ dat “I Luv It” video! Good background scene of you although I’m not crazy about knowin’ dat there’s a shitload of litter on tha ground.
11:42: LOL, iz this tha music video? Feelin’ tha HD shit! Max Minelli on tha feature and tha producer iz Keith (sp?)? Sounds like some hot, Beat Flippa-produced-type shit! For a single video scene, it looks good; I’m likin’ tha song a lot, itself, too. I like dat “I luv it” shit in tha background of tha hook! Max Minelli looks like a king wit tha way he looks and tha real great car he pulled up in! Too bad tha house iz 525 and not 225, lol; that would’ve been pretty tight. Luckily, I have tha soundtrack to this CD, so I gon get ta review this song in an in-depth way, since now, I’m mainly reviewin’ tha video. I like dat red shirt you got on as well as tha gold chain. Good job wit dat video, once again! Wish it would make MTV Jams or somethin’! My Rating: 4.5
06. “DJ Earl” (16:37 – 19:14)
Looks like it gon be a skit or somethin’, video style (since there’s no flaming background/text); let’s see… >>>
16:43: Glad he still has tha “Chicken & Watermellon” shit! Co-sign; “I (personally) didn’t see a problem wit Vol. 1,” either! Good thing he mentioned “Africa” and all tha “killings;” people should know about how each and every area lives differently! Props to also mentionin’ dat those “people” from “Vol. 1” should evolve and maintain their status. Look at me: I definitely have evolved a whole lot since I reviewed tha last “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It”! That was 460 reviewz ago; that was 14 months ago; I’ve really evolved into a business person and have grown tha name of FrankieThaLuckyDog! I deserve ta be shouted out or have a name on these projects, ya dig? Take dat into consideration! Good shit about tha “street vs. Rap laws,” too; definitely further-learned about dat! My Rating: 4.3
07. “Ray Vicks” (19:14 – 21:56)
I guess no flaming text/background ‘cause it’s just a person and not a place? Anyway, let’s see what he talkin’ ‘bout… >>>
19:20: Thought he looked like a regular dude mixed wit Baton Rouge slang. Tha next dude iz Yungsta (or iz it Yung Star? Was goin’ wit who was on dat “36 O’s Later”. Good check in from him, ya dig? Squirm G iz tha next dude; who would’ve guessed he had braids? It’s cool ta see people live in action; I also like tha Bottomline Music studio in tha background! Not sure of tha 4th dude?
20:06: LOL @ tha “stacks”… It looks cool to see but not too cool when it’s random rappers. Luckily, Ray Vicks doesn’t fall in tha “random” category although I dunno where all tha money comes from outta nowhere.
20:45: Interestin’ how it’s scenes and err-body goin’ into tha studio. Oh no, they included tha rappin’ to a song, too? It was good ta see your video, Troy, but I don’t think this should be filled wit music videos and shit. Okay, good thing it was just a verse and hook; that was good enough. My Rating: 4.0
08. “Hoes Exposed (Wigg & J.R.)” (21:56 – 26:12)
What’s this? >>>
22:05: I see a dude, so maybe, it’s people that act like “hoes” bein’ “exposed”? Iz Wigg Wild Wigg? Even though I’m not crazy about tha typical topic (which I’m wonderin’ why it’s on this DVD), y’all sound entertainin’, a lil’, when it comes ta tellin’ what y’all gotta tell. Where does tha easy, fast-delivered topics come from as well as tha hyperness? LOL @ Wigg’s golds showin’ when he talks; dat face looks entertainin’ in a way, lol. Wigg givin’ a shout out ta “Yes! I Am Entertainment;” good look! This was entertainin’ for me, overall. My Rating: 3.4
09. “Zion City/Young Ready” (26:12 – 29:42)
Oh God… I feel anticipated fa dis although I’m expectin’ ta see buku guns and shit… >>>
26:33: LOL, let’s see what we got. I see Juice to tha left; a lil’ mumbly…; I thought he was hyper, lol?
27:01: ***DEAL BREAKER!!!*** What’s that in Young Ready’s hand? A phone? Mr. “That-My-Girl’s-Phone”; gimme a break! If I don’t get tha real number, then that’s somewhat bad/ignored business! Another reason why I wrote my song “Invisible”! BTW, where do all tha people in tha background come from? Tha dude in tha blue shirt looks a lil’ like Johnnie Domino in tha background, lol. I guess this was shot in ’09 ‘cause Ready sayin’, “Self-Made Bosses ‘pose to drop in January.” Usually, I’d have high anticipations and more interest in dis. But, because of tha phone trick, my interests are simply… confused. Sadly, I didn’t confuse myself!
28:50: Lil’ “Junior” here? Tha golds are crazy! I wonder why people get ‘em?
29:17: Looks like err-body goin’ crazy! I wonder how y’all get so many people? I can’t even name, like, any people around where I’m at. To have that many in one scene must be a blessin’. Despite my distractions, I think I give this scene a lil’ bit of interest credit, in a way. My Rating: 3.7
10. “Dutch” (29:42 – 36:11)
Will it be a music video? Let’s see what your patna has ta offer! >>>
29:49: Looks like a music video called “So Called”; he looks thuggish, lol. Tha topic and song itself iz nice! I like tha door in tha background wit tha brick-walled house. What crazy shit goin’ on here wit how he comin’ through wit shit! Consistent rhymes and an A+ attitude!!! I surprisingly like dis a lil’ betta than your video, Troy, lol. Even though Troy had a lil’ bit of a better scene wit people, this iz betta as far as tha thugged-out sound/look!
32:11: Ooh, a check in, too; thumbs up!
32:32: LOL @ tha ass but smh @ tha money! Iz this ‘pose ta be anotha music video? “Boi Boi”, lol? Not my kinda song wit tha “throwin’ cash” but this sounds catchy wit tha “boi, boi, boi, boi, boi!” Tha ass at 33:31 looked tight goin’ into his face! What’s tha yellow drink in his hand durin’ tha 2nd hook? Durin’ tha bridge, I like tha added hoe’s vocals! Definitely a nice, catchy video but of course, tha cash iz a big no-no! Tha “So Called” was betta than Troy’s video but Troy’s video was easily betta than dis video. BTW, tha rating iz a combination of tha “So Called” (4.6) and tha “Boi Boi” (3.9), which makes this a 4.3! My Rating: 4.3
11. “Mall City” (36:11 – 38:14)
Iz this a Nu$$ie hood? I feel anticipated for it… >>>
36:20: Good scenes to start it; we back to tha guns again, lol?
36:29: City Boy startin’ it off? Jazzy Fam Records? Pretty cool ta see him; looks like he’s thuggin’—typically, lol. I still don’t know how girls get in tha enablin’ mood ta have dudes slap their ass, touch their ass, and even have it filmed in tha outside; how?
36:51: Who gives a slimy-ass shit about “Waka Flocka”; it’s Louisiana right now!! Where iz all this hyperness comin’ from, lol? I’m not seein’ clones everytime, am I? “I do dis fa tha niggaz, mayne;” not a good approach. ‘Cause really, I do dis fa myself, ya dig?
37:07: Why tha gun outta nowhere? LOL @ tha big “Undataka”… This was a lil’ short and aight fa me. My Rating: 3.5
12. “Beenie Balleroosky” (38:14 – 39:20)
I was ‘bout ta say, what/who dis? Looks like anotha Millionaire Entertainment dude; let’s see what we got. >>>
38:28: A calm intro this time, lol. Not sure how much interest I’ll have in dis, though; we’ll see what happens.
38:59: Anotha gurl scene? This time, in bed? Still don’t know how y’all make dis shit happen. Too short and a lil’ gay; sorry. My Rating: 2.5
13. “Public Service Announcement” (39:20 – 40:13)
What’s this, now? >>>
39:27: I agree! “Stop tha violence!” Not really a fan of this sad music, though. I guess it’s an R.I.P. section goin’ on here wit tha graveyard background. Tha list of people came up; lol, Nu$$ie was first, lol. R.I.P. Nu$$ie, Big Marquis, John Boy, Andy Gaulden, Kirkland Robertson (Shirtdick), Crew Cut, Mike Mike, Darius “Devious” Reed, Nu Nu (Bankstown), Decky Boy, Sam Valentine, Bleek, Lil’ Ivy, Hammer, Pig, Lil’ Nick, Bo-Rob, Bru Fool, Terry Boyd, Leonard Guy, Monster Man, Mr. Dixie Maine, Lil’ Thomas, T-Baby, Lil’ Handy, Keith Haynes, and Coon & Trell. Ironic dat y’all had tha same amount of columns filled. I assume this was done before Fall 2010? Decky Boy’s dead? When dis happen? I tried googlin’ shit and nothin’ came up? Would like more info on dis! That’s a good list and too bad it contributed, now, wit Soulja Hersh, Gunsmoke (Plaquemine), and Big Fancy.
39:50: LOL, a “Free!” section, too! You’re gonna have a long-ass list if dis tha case! Let’s see who ya got… Free Rambo, Sandy Davis, G-Thang, Curve Boy Ken, Cornelius Johnson, Big Rimp, Roy Lee, Kenya Smith, Fish Mingo, Kevin Gates, Travis, Marlon “Bugsy” Jackson, Lil’ Boosie, One Black, Lil’ Phillip, J-Loud, Eddie Vaughn, Keith Steel, Leonard Rucker, Tu-Lu, Rocky, Gator, Craig Gaines, Lee Lucas, Boo Milton, Mike German, Flav (Clarence Robinson), and Skeet. SMH, I barely know any of them, but I wish them luck. You left out (in terms of BR people I know) Yung Yola (that’s a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge one!!!!!!!!!!), D.$.G., Nookie (Plaquemine), and K.O. (Gardere Lane)! I like tha cop car sirens in tha background, though. Even though there’s a disclaimer about y’all forgettin’ people, I still would’ve been glad wit tha Yola thing (I know BluBlack included it but Kevin Gates was included before; it’s all about human dignity)! Good job wit what y’all covered, whether I was satisfied or not. My Rating: 3.6
14. “Southside” (40:13 – 44:04)
Looks like it could be a typical hood name so I should expect somethin’ good outta dis section! >>>
40:17: Nice background footage and “I Luv It” bein’ in tha background! LOL, what’s wit bein’ on top of tha car? They look familiar…
40:43: A handshake; what was dat like?
41:10: Calie Frank iz known and iz appearin’ on dis? I thought he was a random rapper online or somethin’. Where does tha hyperness come from? “Me and my lil’ girl;” he has a kid? I thought I was older than him? LOL, a “Black Balloon Records” shout out at 41:24; good look. LOL @ all tha hyperness wit tha “shout my nigga Whoa out” part; I’m blown away wit where all this hyperness iz comin’ from!
42:18: Young Shine of tha Short Bus Boyz iz identified at 42:18; ‘preciate tha identification—where’s tha rest of ‘em? What was up wit Calie’s random “purp shit—dat lean? I got it” part? Random. Also, I didn’t like his “we gon hit tha club tonight” part where he flashed a stack of cash; I rather go there broke! I don’t need any money, ya dig? I easily rather see and meet artists ‘cause that’s what’s missin’ when it comes ta different things! Finally, Young Shine said it: “niggaz wanna get guns and shit; dat shit ain’t what’s up!” For tha most part, this was okay. If it wasn’t for Young Shine’s two cents, this would’ve been too boring/typical for me. My Rating: 3.3
15. “Big Head (The Dome Doctor)” (44:04 – 48:59)
Deleted me off Facebook after I tried promotin’ Out The Mud Entertainment, his label’s girl, Baby B, and her representations of Club Diamondz, smfh. >>>
44:10: LOL, Brice Street. LOL @ him; emergin’ smoothly onto tha DVD. LOL, his eyes are barely open, too. I like tha OTM logo as well as tha shirts, too. “No sense of gettin’ murked; ya can’t pay fa ya own funeral;” co-sign! Where all tha other people in tha background come from and how did you get that amount of people? I like how he says, “shiiid.”
45:52: Not sure who dis iz… Pretty-good rappin’ and lol @ “goin’ ta jail;” how many people like “jail”? Okay, he said his name was “Steve O.”
46:47: Ooh, Baby B’s here; looks like she spittin’ somethin’, too! I like her voice and her sexy, X-ratedness in dat Hannibal song “Dip It Low”! She did a nice job; lol @ Big Head lickin’ a blunt’s wrapper in tha background! I still think talkin’ to me iz more important!
47:17: A big dude—not sure what he said his name was, though. Good, street shit (as always from tha OTM crew)!
47:42: Back ta Big Head wit dat blunt’s wrapper, lol. “All my niggaz … doin’ time and shit;” how was he able ta get people ta be cool wit him? Like, multiple people; was it hard? I agree wit firin’ back about tha controversy from Vol. 1; glad he pointin’ dat out, too! This turned out ta be interestin’ ta see although don’t “tone” things down, regardless! Remember, you put a good disclaimer in tha beginning! My Rating: 4.4
16. “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It (The Movie) (Commercial)” (48:59 – 49:50)
Looks like a commercial or somethin’ wit tha way tha text came in? >>>
49:04: Sounds like a Kevin Gates song wit someone smokin’. I assume dat’s you smokin’; smh @ a cigarette. Didn’t even know dat was a gun ‘round 49:37; it’s so dark to tell at times. Oh yea, this iz a commercial for tha movie that’s comin’ soon! You got me even more anticipated now!! I’m still gonna rate it ‘cause it turned out ta be tight! My Rating: 4.4
17. “Young Wee-zo” (49:50 – 54:33)
A Millionaire Entertainment recordin’ artist; lookin’ forward ta hearin’! >>>
49:56: Nice background fulla drawn things! Even though his name sounds like it jacked Lil’ Wayne (Young Weezy), I think I gon pay attention to him since he fucks wit Millionaire Ent.! Didn’t expect those dreads; they look cool in tha air, lol. As far as dis “Memory” video, I’m likin’ tha beat’s production and tha way it looks black and white. Also, his dread game’s pretty tight in dis, too! Tha production’s startin’ ta sound somethin’ like Kevin Gates, too. It makes more sense when I see a video like dis for a song like dis; makes me like it betta. Good thing fa all these different songs; gives me more diversity when it comes ta havin’ mo new music fa my radio show (since I wanna play as many artists as possible)! Some of his actions (and tha way he looks) reminds me of my boy Tinie Tempah outta tha UK, lol; good shit. I thought this song was gonna have a 3rd verse but it turned out ta only have two, which iz still aight.
53:08: Back to tha check in as, I believe, he gon check out, lol. Great background; looks like construction! LOL, “pills” action? Lemme see dis (even though it’s somethin’ dat seems too hard to believe in)!
53:18: Looks like a different video? Double music video action? LOL @ its title, just plain-ol’ “Pills”; should be pretty interestin’! Sounds and looks like somethin’ funny; clowny; crazy, lol. Where are tha “pills” and “pill” actions themselves? Looks so entertainin’ wit how Wee-zo wildin’ out here, lol! Damn, just a verse and no action but dancin’? SMH… Can I sumbit a video of me just wildin’ out fa no reason? I feel dat it’s equivalent! I expected a lot more shown from dat video! “Memory” would’ve scored a 4.3 for me and tha “Pills” would’ve scored a 4.0. Overall, tha 4.2 rating fits in wit tha good check ins, too. My Rating: 4.2
18. “The Park” (54:33 – 59:48)
Looks like it gon be interestin’; almost to tha ½ mark! >>>
54:43: Feelin’ tha startin’ scenes; let’s see what gon pop off here… Not sure who these two dudes are; lemme hear more.
55:24: Not sure of this “Young Neff” dude, either, although his name sounds familiar… I like dat he got a blunt in his hand! Glad he takin’ you fa a walk. I luv how he cares about these so-called “DJs” but doesn’t know about me, yet? Fuck those dat wanna charge hundreds and thousands to get on tha air; who has dat kinda money anyway?
56:59: Not sure of this dude wit no shirt on but I thought I saw him from earlier in this DVD? Tha dude wit tha mohawk and tha “bruh” sounds like he has some catchy shit ta say… They represent “Coast Starz Entertainment” or somethin’ like dat; okay, let’s hear more. LOL @ tha heavy-duty saggin’, too. Tha rest of dis shit was good, too; lots of words comin’ outta err-body’s mouths, lol! My Rating: 4.1
½time: Damn, it took me about 3.5 hours to get to this ½ mark… Even though a 3.9-rated DVD, currently, I’m (of course) “luvin’ it,” ya dig? Luv any kinda footage dat comes ta life outta Baton Rouge!! I’m real glad ta have a connection wit you, Troy, and hopefully, I build my reputation wit tha Millionaire Entertainment clique, too! Anotha 57 minutes left of dis thang; I can only imagine what’s left, especially since I saw 18 scenes already!!
19. “Ghetto 9 News (Part 2)” (59:48 – 1:01:49)
Here comes tha “news” again, lol!! >>>
59:55: LOL @ “they don’t give a damn about us,” but then again, it’s true! There’s no apostrophe where it says “Louisianas Hood Channel;” should’ve put it in “Louisiana”! Either way, this was a pretty-touchy subject ta cover; did a nice job wit it, Mr. Reporter, lol. I think I might like dis one betta than tha previous “news”; not exactly sure why…
1:01:13: Without a title, looks like it’s you smokin’… LOL, you called ½time here when I called it a lil’ earlier; my bad for bein’ off, as I only went wit tha clock. Just havin’ you come through fa dis “Ghetto 9 News” after video, I’m boostin’ my original 3.7 rating! LOL @ tha couch outside, too; I’m feelin’ dat. My Rating: 3.9
20. “Club Diamondz” (1:01:49 – 1:02:27)
Ooh—wow! Talk about tha amount of luv you showin’ Hannibal!! Tha 1st ½ started wit tha G-Lane part. Now, tha 2nd ½ iz somewhat startin’ wit Club Diamondz (wit a “z”; get it right, lol)! Even though I think this was pre-Shutdown Tuesdays, I’m really lookin’ forward ta seein’ what it really looks like inside!!! >>>
1:01:56: LOL, good emerge from you wit tha smoke comin’ out yo mouth! LOL @ tha “jump on my dick” theme music in tha background! Looks nice in there! They even got tha disco ball, too. Wit all those people around, it looks like things could get claustrophobic; anywhere to move, lol? OMG, how short!! It wasn’t even a minute long but I enjoyed it!! My Rating: 4.2
21. “Bird Station” (1:02:27 – 1:06:01)
I believe Yung Slab was from here (since he said in tha 1st song I heard from him, “Bird Station, nigga, fresh up off tha ground.”). Will I see him? What will I expect to see? I’m lookin’ forward since a raw dude like him came from there!! >>>
1:02:31: Tha Southern vibe in tha beat of tha beginning gives me anticipation fa some hood shit! ROFL @ tha craziness and tha Christmas hat! Must be Christmas ’09 or somethin’… Back to tha cocky money, lol… For some reason, tha atmosphere in tha background gives me good feelings about creating lasting memories. I dunno, I think tha way it looks sunset outside makes me like it better. Even though I don’t think I know any of these dudes, thumbs up fa givin’ dem exposure! Still, I don’t know how every single one could have so much hyperness, lol?
1:03:55: What’s that in his mouth? I’m guessin’ it’s a big, yellow pill? I guess so ‘cause he drank wit it. LOL, what kinda pill was dat and what made him take it?
1:04:28: What’s tha house wit tha green light? Y’all know tha people ridin’ in tha cars passin’ by? Dat must be cool… For everyone bein’ unknown ta me, this was pretty entertainin’ to watch. LOL @ all tha hyperness that kept goin’! My Rating: 4.1
22. “Margarita” (1:06:01 – 1:07:44)
Anotha artist? Definitely what’s up! Their name looks like it could be a girl’s name but for a dude, they must be a real drunk, then, lol! >>>
1:06:06: Knew it was a girl; likin’ this music video but not too crazy about this production (not really into tha East Coast-soundin’ production wit tha stupid voice sample in tha hook). This iz “I Know” and it sounds like she has some good rhymes for a somewhat-lookin’ whiteish gurl. I like tha shots of tha levels on tha audio. For somethin’ short, this wasn’t too bad. Tha video iz what made me like it more than what I would’ve given tha song, itself. My Rating: 3.7
23. “Who Da Sickest (Car Show)” (1:07:44 – 1:09:17)
This should be interestin’; switchin’ it up in a good way! >>>
1:07:50: LOL, still tha “jump on my dick” music! Of course, tha cars look real great!!! Gotta luv all tha colors; that’s why I like Polos and shit! I still don’t know why someone would wanna have a car like these unless they had at least $100,000 total.
1:08:12: I thought dat DJ Bobby (?) was a girl fa a second wit tha voice… Tha green car at 1:08:35 looks nice…
1:08:40: Tha “baby-…-don’t-forget-tha-baby” dude’s up next and he sounds good about tha cars. Not hyper, super-hyper-serious like those crazy dudes in tha past but feels good, though. LOL, no grill? Good thing he gave his numba out ta promote himself. Good shit although I thought there would be more than 1.5 minutes of cars… My Rating: 4.3
24. “Real Talk” (1:09:17 – 1:12:27)
IL Duce? What could I expect? >>>
1:09:24: Music’s a lil’ sour; not another sad moment? That couch looks like tha couch I commented on durin’ tha ½time. This iz tha same song from (I believe) before wit tha previous sad moment. SMH @ all those sad buildings and areas that need improvement; what are people waitin’ fo?
1:09:46: Looks like a cigarette; was gonna give it props if it was a dutch… Oh, I think it iz, now dat I see tha dude and it zoomed out. Tha dude looks a lot older than most of tha people I’ve seen on dis DVD. LOL @ tha somewhat-deep voice; slowly becomin’ interested in what he’s sayin’ fa tha hood of BR and where he reps.
1:10:12: Sad-lookin’ window… “I done did eight years there (tha pen);” damn, really luved jail like dat? I dunno… I can’t picture why someone would wanna set themselves up like dat?! LOL, tha way he looks into tha camera wit his teeth; a true, thugged-out face, lol! Good advice wit what he had ta say; ‘preciate tha “still gettin’ loaded” part, ya dig? My Rating: 4.1
25. “Fairfield” (1:12:27 – 1:15:32)
Not too sure of this area but am lookin’ forward, as always!! >>>
1:12:31: Ooh, dreads emerge onto tha scene again! Fast talkin’, lol; lots of shit ta say, which iz a plus! LOL, he didn’t wanna rap but you know he had ta! Definitely some good rappin’ and wit tha “bullets … jumpin’” shit, it sounds good. To me, I’ll leave it as somethin’ I can imagine and not see in real life; too bad y’all have ta deal wit tha chances of seein’ shit like dat, though. Oh, that’s Pac-Mann wit 3rdLife Music? I had thought I heard him say dat in tha beginning but I didn’t wanna think completely opposite.
1:14:44: I wonder who dis dude iz in tha yellow shirt? Didn’t think he matched wit err-body in tha background (I guess ‘cause his shirt) but let’s see what he gon say… Tha “shiiid” part already proves dat he can fit in, regardless; I can fuck wit him… Thumbs up ta havin’ dat blunt in yo hand; smoke dat shit!
1:15:18: LOL, tha dude in tha “we can make it faster than you can eat it” shirt doesn’t look like he fit, this time, lol (no hate). His neck looks skinny like mine… My Rating: 4.2
26. “Level” (1:15:32 – 1:16:49)
I always hear his great music but what iz he like on video? >>>
1:15:38: LOL, didn’t look like him—or what I’d expect; tha grill iz, of course, tight, too, ya dig? A few seconds later, it sounds like him, now. I thought he’d be a lot crazier on camera but that would prolly be like dat if there were a crowd of people or somethin’. I like his “yeah” ending, too… My Rating: 4.4
27. “Exclusive Grind” (1:16:49 – 1:18:45)
Somethin’ tells me dis gon be good; I’m lookin’ forward, ya heard me? >>>
1:16:56: Still can’t get enough of dat “I Luv It” and its beat!! Ooh, an R.I.P. Big Markee T-shirt; I wish I could get my hands on some of those shirts! Such shitty access I have since I’m so far away. Tha Nu$$ie one iz cool (wit tha flyer-thingy Hawk made) but I always like tha one Big Fancy had tha best for a shirt. Not sure of tha dude talkin’ but I’m definitely in-tune right now! Don’t know tha 2nd dude but he “ready fa whateva, mayne,” so dat’s a plus! “Shout out ta all tha pussy-ass DJs hatin’;” big plus there!! Who needs most of those DJs anyway?! Tha 3rd dude looks like West Coast rapper Knocturnal, lol. Tha 4th dude (“Lil’ B”?) has dat grill ta hold thangz down, lol. Thumbs up fa tha acknowledgment of Big Markee at 1:18:09, too! Shout out ta Crooked, too; he still alive and had a birthday today, so thumbs up ta him! Gotta luv Crooked; hope y’all interview him or somethin’ fa Part 3! This 5th dude looks like a different-lookin’ Trae, a bit, lol. A lil’ short message from him but it’s mainly (accordin’ to tha filmin’) about tha dude wit tha beaded necklace. My Rating: 4.2
28. “Ghost Town” (1:18:45 – 1:21:27)
Again, somethin’ tells me dis gon be good; I keep gettin’ these good feelings, especially wit these “towns” and spooky/hood words like “ghost” ta go along wid it!! >>>
1:18:55: I’m likin’ what looks ta be tha trees and shit; I feel like I’m on a nature walk although, too bad, y’all won’t be in tha woods wit anything… Dude dat starts it off looks like Shell (Young Thugga); thumbs up/I feel anticipated ta hear what he got! “Mr. Illinois”? Neva heard of him… Uh oh, tha guns again! “Nigga be fulla dem bars;” an erected, must-have luv, huh, lol? I don’t know how anyone could consume any kinda pill in a fast way, especially multiple amounts at once!
1:19:42: Bleh @ tha money flashed; don’t know who dat iz… Let’s keep tha erected love comin’ along wit tha whole crowd gettin’ together and shit, lol… “My bitch in tha whip right now;” so… Guess what: I don’t have one! That’s why I have full control over my consistency and career!
1:20:44: I luv all tha “free…” parts, especially tha “Lil’ Kirk” one, followed by, “ya heard me;” gotta luv tha dialect!! “Free Big Fish”? Damn, y’all keepin’ dis goin’!! If anything eva happened to me (which won’t), would there be all this hype and shit? That’s tha kinda shit I don’t believe in—hype over me outside of a conversation. I don’t know where it comes from and how it can add to someone’s day/life; how…; where? Izn’t all tha money flashin’ ‘pose ta be gay or somethin’? Why be extremely typical? I like to do different things, ya feel me? My Rating: 3.8
29. “Dymes & Divas (Commercial)” (1:21:26 – 1:22:34)
>>>
1:21:26: Who dis? Didn’t even have a title so it must be tha continuation of “Ghost Town”? Looks Millionaire Entertainmentish wit dat shirt… I guess I gon separate dis part and consider it tha “Dymes & Divas (Commercial)” section.
1:21:46: Not too crazy wit dis music but tha Margarita gurl looks good, once again. I really like tha outside background, too; good job promotin’ dis! My Rating: 3.7
30. “Bogan Walk” (1:22:34 – 1:24:55)
I like tha name of this—whateva it iz, lol. Lookin’ forward to seein’ tha outcome!! >>>
1:22:40: LOL, still tha “I Luv It” music!!! Lookin’ pretty thugged out here, lol. It looks like Off Tha Meter? Crazy-lookin’ outside-tha-house scene wit tha gun and shit. LOL, consistent socializin’ goin’ on; how’d y’all get good at socializin’? LOL @ tha 31st Street ending to this section. My Rating: 4.3
31. “Ghetto 9 News (Part 3)” (1:24:55 – 1:26:41)
LOL, uh oh, here comes anotha one! >>>
1:25:08: This looks a lil’ betta than tha previous two; likin’ tha background and anticipatin’ this “interview wit Troy Da Triggaman”! As far as tha hearin’ tha interview now, I’m agreein’ on what you sayin’, Troy; people need to do things together!!! I hate when I talk to someone and when I’m tryin’ to care about someone, they be like, “I don’t have any say on dat.” Like, what tha hell? I care about so many people—then you wonder why people luv what I do! I keep expandin’ my horizons wit all kinds of shit! Most definitely, “stay in school!” I’m about ta finish my 5th year in college and I got anotha 1.5 ta go! My Rating: 4.4
32. “M Dot” (1:26:41 – 1:28:27)
Just when I thought I wasn’t gonna be too anticipated anymore, in a real great way, I think my anticipation just came back!! Earlier in tha DVD, I thought I saw M Dot. Now, I gon see M Dot!!! >>>
1:26:55: Big plus ta have him represent fa tha 2nd DVD!! Thumbs up fa bringin’ back dat good, M Dot vibe from tha last DVD and have a sequel to it on this DVD! Thumbs up to tha fam, too! SPT Records in tha buildin’! “Polos all colors, mane;” dumb shit!
1:27:48: Feelin’ tha M Dot attitude (you know how tha fuck we do)!! Gotta luv how he holds it down fa BR!! “Lake Boys in tha buildin’!” It’s so sad when they leave… But, gotta move on to anotha scene! My Rating: 4.4
33. “Ass Candy” (1:28:27 – 1:29:18)
LOL? >>>
1:28:55: Basically, a good amount of ass in a lil’ commercial!
1:29:01: Oh, there’s more… Oh, that was short. I still don’t understand how girls enable themselves on camera ta be hot/sexy? No one does it for me…, yet? My Rating: 3.6
34. “Big Bud” (1:29:18 – 1:30:51)
Somethin’ ‘bout dis sounds familiar… >>>
1:29:24: Ooh, couldn’t’ve started it betta than havin’ a dog!!! Oh, this dude (who had an affiliation wit Nu$$ie, I believe)? Gave a shout out ta “Skull Duggery,” too; good shit. I don’t like dat he usin’ tha “N”-word; big minus for me. Glad he’s got colored tattoos, though. SMH @ tha “gun” shit, too…; some of this shit seemed too instant. Tha grill iz pretty nice, H-Town style. I hope I fuck wit dat Big Bud dude on a serious level, eventually; it seems like we could have potential…, I think. My Rating: 4.3
35. “Brookstown” (1:30:51 – 1:32:19)
Thought I saw this before but now, I gon witness it; lookin’ forward!! >>>
1:30:57: Pretty-crazy start, lol. Almost thought tha dude at 1:31:07 sounded like Webbie, lol. LOL, people are emergin’ outta nowhere! …And more people comin’ outta nowhere, lol! A lil’ gayness wit tha holdin’ tha shit in tha cup up; I don’t get dat… I still don’t know how y’all can converse wit each otha so easily? Lots of people throughout this and I don’t even think I knew one dude, lol! My Rating: 4.0
36. “Bayou Boi Ent.” (1:32:19 – 1:33:27)
Yay!!! >>>
1:32:27: J Fletcha comin’ through; I know a bunch of dem and fuck wit dem tough! They won “Louisiana Record Label Of 2010” on my 2010 Louisiana Awards!
1:32:53: T-Tyrant representin’, too; you know what it iz! LOL, didn’t expect it to end so soon but it was a thumbs up fa gettin’ dem on camera! My Rating: 4.3
37. “Hammond” (1:33:27 – 1:35:17)
Time ta represent fa da 985!! >>>
1:33:34: Tha 1st person I think of when I think Hammond iz One-i; will he be in here? Doesn’t look white at all, lol; not sure of who else iz in Hammond… Looks like Brookstown wit all tha people conversin’ and me not knowin’ one dude. LOL, I have dat blue Polo! It’s about time I have somethin’ dat someone’s wearin’, lol! Thumbs up fa holdin’ up tha “purple”! SMH, a gun appeared at 1:34:24…
1:34:34: LOL, some rappin’ goin’ on here. Again, y’all did a nice job fa a bunch of people I didn’t know! My Rating: 4.1
38. “Northside” (1:35:17 – 1:36:41)
Keepin’ it goin’!! >>>
1:35:20: Looked like some Kevin Gates-type dreads in tha beginning. LOL @ all tha talkin’; not understandin’ some of tha dialect and not knowin’ who anyone iz again, lol. LOL, people still holdin’ money up, lol? LOL, I think I just saw anotha dude wit dat same blue Polo, lol. Nice job for more unknown people, ya dig? My Rating: 3.9
39. “M.E.T. Records” (1:36:41 – 1:38:13)
What’s this label? It looks anticipatin’… >>>
1:36:49: Startin’ off wit some rappin’ here; good intro. I’m likin’ how tha dude’s rappin’ wit tha voice and how he be deliverin’ shit tha 225 way! Speakin’ of 225, I’m likin’ tha BR hat; would luv ta get one when I can! Tha Johnny Boy dude talked, too, which was good ta hear. Tha other dudes didn’t wanna talk, lol? My Rating: 4.2
40. “38th & Wyandotte” (1:38:13 – 1:40:28)
What’s this place, lol? >>>
1:38:19: I see Puppy, lol; should be anticipatin’ fa me ta see! LOL @ how Puppy emerges onto tha camera wit “all dat shit!” I luv when he says, “I’ll hit ya;” such a random, good, catchy thing ta say (and include in a part of his name), lol. Big Josh & Tyree Neal representin’ in a good way here, too. Tha one dude dat was mainly speakin’ looks/sounds like Bro-Bro; not sure if it’s him… Anyway, Big Josh looks huge! I wonder how people gain so much weight?
1:39:53: ROFL @ tha “Polo” obsession (I luv it, I ain’t gon lie) ta where even tha one dude’s pants fall down! My Rating: 4.4
41. “16teen” (1:40:28 – 1:46:30)
There was no title so I gon see what dis iz… >>>
1:40:30: LOL, it had ta be you again, ya dig?! LOL @ Wee-zo comin’ through wit his lil’ two cents. LOL, what was he just drinkin’ outta nowhere? Was this an outro? I know there’s about 16 minutes left on dis thang…
1:41:30: Oh, it turned into anotha music video! This iz “16teen”; lookin’ forward ta watchin’/hearin’ tha song!! I like how y’all add tha “16” and “teen” together in tha title. Sounds pretty gutta wit tha age ta do things so early, which I have no comment on. Tha song iz catchy as hell and I’m luvin’ tha hood style in tha song itself. Tha video looks nice wit tha trees in tha background as well as tha hood. LOL, what made you this hood at such an early age? I currently don’t have an age for “walkin’ off tha porch;” don’t think that’ll happen or somethin’ unless I move out, which maybe in my 30’s? Late 20’s? Not sure… Anyway, definitely a nice video and catchy-ass song, too!! My Rating: 4.6
42. “Troy Da Triggaman (Outro)” (1:46:30 – 1:47:55)
LOL, couldn’t get enough of you, I see… >>>
1:46:35: Broadcastin’ wit dat great poster and studio shit in tha background! “We didn’t charge one artist;” thumbs up on dat! It’s all about bringin’ people together ta do tha damn thang! Also, good thing you mentioned http://www.thugginitandlovinit.com ‘cause you gotta promote yourself in as many ways as possible, ya feel me? Also, tha promotion of your number iz a bet, too. Good job wit dis outro right here, my boy! “All stunts!” My Rating: 4.2
43. “Credits” (1:47:55 – 1:51:03)
Still got (I think) 10 minutes left; am I expectin’ anotha music video? >>>
1:48:10: Oh, tha credits; lookin’ forward to seein’ tha background scenes! LOL, gotta hear dat “I Luv It” joint again!
1:48:57: “Behind the Scenes footage by T-Dogg Productionz;” thumbs up ta him!!
1:49:03: Looks like you wit a bunch of features; good shit! I dunno why people think Max Minelli iz a compound name? BluBlack, actually, iz a compound name. I like all tha text scrollin’ wit tha clip of y’all at some party on tha right, too; good shit! LOL @ tha “Dat Lane” credit without tha featured artists! Oh, now I see dat tha producer iz La’Keith. I remember him from dat song he did wit DJ B-Real called “Worm It Out” or somethin’, lol. I believe Guss has two “S”es, sorry, lol. Hope I get a shout out or somethin’ on tha next one; this review should really give you a good feelin’!
1:49:57: LOL, all dat cash on tha ground; why can’t I have it, instead, for all tha hard work I be doin’?
1:50:12: Now, it looks like you’re at an arcade or somethin’ wit a lotta money, lol. Even your boy came through, helpin’ out on this outro, too. SMH @ “I’ma fuck tha shit out yo old lady” if “any of (‘em) get outta line;” what tha hell kinda counterattack iz dat?
1:50:54: Good “stop tha violence” ending, once again! My Rating: 4.3
Overall: Damn! Excludin’ any breaks, intermissions, etc., this review was exactly six hours long!! I thought I was gonna be able to be less distracted and finish dis one quicker! But, a quarter of a day was spent on reviewin’ your DVD, Troy, lol!! Hope you really appreciate it! You broke your old record of 4 hours, 32 minutes to a now-6 hours!! Also, tha 18+ pages record of how long a review iz was broken by dis, too, which I think gon total about 22 pages!!! Keep up tha great work, my boy!! You know I fuck wit you real heavy!!! Hope you get my boy Crooked on tha next one, too! I fuck wit so many people, bruh; it’s hard to think of ‘em off tha top of my head!
