Got
a fresh, new review for y’all! Overdose Entertainment presents Slim Reaper #Reloaded! Start Time:
11:59 PM | End Time: 9.26.2012 @ 11:29
AM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or
talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’
topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

Dolby Intro
DJ
Dolby D, here, on tha beat and intro! >>> So, Dolby D’s tha one wit
tha “Devious” tag, all along? Sounds all H-Townish on tha vocals/samples, lol. My Rating: N/A
02.
“Reloaded”
A
Shaun Andrew production. >>> Sounds like a real nice beat wit tha
trancey-kinda sound! Also, really likin’ your “rapidly” rhymin’ on tha 1st
verse!! Why does it sound like Yo Gotti’s on this? Too bad that’s a turn-off
for me, since it’s soundin’ like a sample (due to not listin’ in tha ID
anywhere?); I’m friggin’ confused now! My
Rating: 4.3
03.
“Go Off”
KLC beat! >>> Beat sounds like a game that’s ‘bout ta begin, in a great way!! Are you a chameleon when rappin’? You can sound like a bunch of different people… A lil’ quote-y on tha 1st verse, at times, but it’s not bad ova this beat. Tha 2nd verse sounds like an interestin’ street journey from you, as well as you tellin’ people what’s good on yo end. Tha 3rd verse sounds interestin’ wit your voice and how these rhymes stay interestin’; Slim Reaper lifestyle! My Rating: 4.4

“Rollin’ With The Heat” Feat. Calicoe The Champ & Dirty Harry
!!!
>>> Sounds like a hit song wit tha singin’ hook; nice on this
almost-“Dey Know” beat! Calicoe’s on tha 1st verse, and it’s best you be a part of tha Overdose fam,
or stay in-tune wit what they’re always
doin’!! SMH @ tha cut-off feature list? Dirty Harry’s on tha 2nd
verse, comin’ through wit a consistent verse, it sounds like. Great job from
some Grand Theft Audio Music’s own, reppin’ hard! Here you are on tha 3rd
verse, wit a dark, Slim Thug-like
voice! Good job wit your own style;
so southern! My Rating: 4.4
Intermission: Oh, MTV2 wit their new
episode of Guy Code; gotta watch it! I’m
gettin’ a lil’ tired, so I dunno if I can get through this whole CD tonight…
*Intermission Time: 12:13 AM* *Intermssion ends 1:51 AM* Ahh, too tired, I
guess? I gon wake up and see if this tha 1st thing I do in tha
morning…*Returns at 10:32 AM* Woke up late, and this iz tha 1st
thing I’m doin’…
05.
“Rollin’”
Same
song? This time, Craig B’s on tha beat. >>> Sounds like an
old-soundin’ song; real nice, laidback vibe! Production’s real nice and you’re
comin’ through wit a nice ridin’ vibe on tha 1st verse, to where it
sounds like nothin’ could go wrong in life! Strictly “I-10 crusin’” on tha 2nd
verse, doin’ ya thang; nice job wit this shit… Tha 3rd verse iz all
about travelin’; I hope to do nothin’ but non-stop travelin’ soon; I got a
beginning goin’ on! My Rating: 4.4
06.
“6’7”
Yawn? >>> Since this izn’t original, I’m just gonna skim through this one… Rhymes are good, but I thought they were gonna go harder wit tha voice… Nice job wit tha consistency! My Rating: 4.2
Yawn? >>> Since this izn’t original, I’m just gonna skim through this one… Rhymes are good, but I thought they were gonna go harder wit tha voice… Nice job wit tha consistency! My Rating: 4.2
07.
“Above The Law”
KLC
production! >>> Beat sounds good and consistent, here… You’re comin’
through on tha 1st verse wit a nice, southern vibe… Tha hook sounds
nice, once again; it sounds like a lot of this CD reminds me of a nice, long
road trip! Tha 2nd verse sounds like you just doin’ you, non-stop…; non-stop! Keepin’ this non-stop grind
comin’ through wit tha 3rd verse, too; good shit you got comin’
through tha mic, here! My Rating: 4.3
08.
“Ignant” Feat. Mia X
KLC
helpin’ out once again, wit Mia on tha feature! >>> Cool-soundin’ beat
wit tha sounds, here! Real long beat intro ta keep you anticipated… Here you
are on tha 1st verse, and you’re comin’ through wit some nice street
shit! Reminds me of tha No Limit dayz, a lil’, where I feel like it’s a Final
Fantasy (or Gauntlet Legends) battle zone! Hearin’ tha hook from Mia X, and it
sounds pretty nice to hear her outta nowhere! Ooh, even comin’ through on tha 2nd
verse, comin’ through like a No Limit souljette! Nice job randomly appearin’,
Mia! Let’s see what’s left, here… It’s you on tha 3rd verse, and
these rhymes are strictly
warzone-y!!! If tha beat was more energetic, it would sound so classic, but at least those snares
and shit are in it! My Rating: 4.5
09.
“Crazy”
Shaun
Andrew beat! >>> Mixin’ Patsy Cline in this? Yea, sped up on tha
pitch; can’t bash her, luckily, so you’ll get tha benefit of tha doubt fa this
hook… Whoa, almost sounded like one of my now-enemies from Louisiana who can’t afford to pay me back,
at first! Glad it’s just you! Rhymes
ain’t too bad, here, on tha 1st verse… Hearin’ tha 2nd
verse, and you’re right about “hearin’ these yungins” and “feelin’ old quick;”
that seems like me! I’m 24 now, and I keep hearin’ people, these dayz, born in
tha ‘90s (most suck/are novelty-type rappers)! I mean, ’92, ’93, ’94? Almost
feels like an under-12-year-old, at times; I still get those 2008 Nu$$ie-Alive
times in my head, thinkin’ that I’m tha age that some of these ’84 babies were,
and can’t believe it. I look at all my achievements, but such tha lack I have
for in-person communication and bein’ wit certain people… Anyway, tha 3rd
verse also sounds like you comin’ through wit some more rhymes that are wit tha
times; good job… My Rating: 4.3
½time: Seems like I really like
this CD; most of it’s on tha same level for me. Tha average CD rating’s at a 4.4,
right now!!!! Gonna eat some breakfast and I’ll be back! *Intermission Start
Time: 10:49 AM* *Intermission End Time* 11:02 AM*
10.
“Rap Soul Food”
Production
from Craig B again! >>> Sounds a lil’ East Coasty wit tha production;
quality sounds a lil’ low? Either way, this 1st verse iz pretty
consistent wit tha lyrics; good shit… Oh, tha “remember” dayz; who would’ve
thought playin’ a cassette tape would be a memory? I “remember” when travellin’
from PA to NY/NY to PA, I’d bring my stereo, bag of cassette tapes from tha
radio, and my earphones; neva thought those dayz would go! Just a straight
verse, here, so I’ll give you props for freestylin’, here! My Rating: 4.4
11.
“Pour” Feat. B-Mac
Shaun
Andrew on tha track. >>> Anotha one that sounds pretty good wit how
you flow on this beat… Tha hook sounds like a nice party, but a nice,
Louisiana/California ‘90s party! Good shit; keep it goin’! Got tha B-Mac dude
on tha 2nd verse, and you already know he certified ‘cause he said,
“whodie.” Lyrics are a lil’ ehh, at times, but it goes wit this already-good
song. You’re back on tha 3rd verse, and yea, still feelin’ tha same
about this, but it’s still good… My
Rating: 4.0
12.
Meat Memoirs
>>>
Iz this rappin’? Sounds really sexual wit this “meat” shit? Am I on tha right
topic? Yea; very random, outta nowhere, lol! Didn’t expect a skit ta come outta
all this consistent rappin’; thumbs up fa includin’ one! Almost sounds like a
rhyme toward tha very end! My Rating:
N/A
13.
“Money Talk” Feat. Overflo
Newbie
(?) Overflo on tha feature and beat, here! >>> Sounds like tha newbie
on tha 1st verse, and he’s got tha rhymes on lock, includin’ tha
beat! Almost like a Rick Ross/Wayne-type flow, but at least these rhymes aren’t
annoyin’… “Call me Mr. Clean, like his dick’s infected;” pretty strong rhyme…
Here you are on tha 2nd verse, and you sound much betta wit tha
flow; rhymes are still on a nice vibe! You know I love tha fast shit! “No more
rappin’ undaground”? I disagree; whether “money” comes in or not, tha good shit
should always stay in tha
“undaground!” My Rating: 4.1
14.
“Long Way To Go” Feat. Bizz & Mo B Dick
Shout
out ta Mo B Dick; I followed him on Twitter, and he followed me back! Also,
he’s doin’ tha production, 2012 style!! >>> Beat has a lil’ bit of a
‘90s feel to it, in this ‘10s world we’re livin’ in… Hearin’ you on tha 1st
verse, and tha lyrics are real nice; “take” all your problems out “wit this pen!” Ahh, hook sounds a lil’ odd wit tha
singin’, at first; we’ll see if I can get used ta this… Tha 2nd
verse sounds good wit tha nervous breakdown perspective; I feel like that wit
tha overload of Louisiana
shit I’m behind wit, but I neva stop! My
Rating: 3.8
15.
“Check My Lifestyle”
Produced
by Shaun Andrew. >>> Likin’ tha tracey beginning, once again! Hope
this turns out ta be anotha hot one… Tha hook sounds cool fa this; nice and
non-stop wit tha title and your “lifestyle!” let’s see what you got wit tha 1st
verse… Catchy rhymes; now, I can hear
some perseverance! Tha 2nd verse sounds like it’s you on that
non-stop grind; good job wit yo ass keepin’ thangz up! Good shit comin’ from
you on tha 3rd verse, too; what else can I say about this? My Rating: 4.3
16.
“Putcha Hands Up”
Werdna
nuahs yb decudorp! … … Oh, whoops, that’s what I said on tha previous preview
backwards, lmfao!!! >>> Beat sounds like a nice start and you sound
good wit what you’re spittin’…; a lil’ C-Loc-y for tha start flow… However, you
got some good shit you got on tha 1st verse, once again. Good shit
you spittin’ on tha 2nd verse, too; I like all this “land” shit! You
really got your environmental areas
on lock, lol! You got some good shit goin’ on wit tha 3rd verse,
too; thumbs up wit keepin’ this shit up! My
Rating: 4.4
17.
“Go For Mine”
>>>
Rhymes sound good, right here; tha 1st verse iz good on this beat,
but tha 2nd verse wit that fastness iz what’s up!! My Rating: 4.1
18.
“Motto”
>>>
You sound good rappin’ on this beat; I always like your fastness as much as I
like your ‘90s, southern vibe. Strictly rappin’, here, and you doin’ a nice job!! My Rating: 4.2
Overall: Seemed like this was a
pretty consistent CD; nothin’ really disappointed me, here! Good job, Slim;
keep bein’ tha great Shreveport
reprasenta you are!!
