My
11th review for today (just movin’ right along) iz Calliope Var Sample Bag… Start Time: 8:06 PM | End Time: 8:15 PM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or
talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’
topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

“Ready Or Not”
>>> Damn, a jacked beat! Good rhymes, at least… My Rating: 3.4
>>> Damn, a jacked beat! Good rhymes, at least… My Rating: 3.4
02.
“Fuck Love”
>>>
Pretty X-rated for this old singer on tha feature… Sounds good for a rap song,
but weird for a mix… My Rating: 3.0
03.
“Prisoner”
What’s
up wit these features??? >>> Really, they’re not featured; it’s just a
sample of their music in tha background. So, I’m just gonna take them outta tha
features! But, this iz good for tha rhymes. You even say, “terlit,” too, like
my mom and her family? Random… My
Rating: 3.2
04.
“Tell Me”
>>> Why does every song have a female sample in it? Good rhymes, once again, ova an aight beat. My Rating: 3.5

½time: Sounds like an R&B street CD; a 3.3 for tha CD rating, here.
05.
“My First Love”
Okay,
now, I recognize this title; really jacked CD? Why? >>> SMH @ ruinin’
tha original wit this pitch shit! Bad move, BlaqNMild! Rhymes are okay, but
this iz still too R&B for me… My
Rating: 2.3
06.
“Sosa”
>>> Sounds too much like mainstream rappers, this time; good thing it’s short! My Rating: 3.3
>>> Sounds too much like mainstream rappers, this time; good thing it’s short! My Rating: 3.3
07.
“Start It Up”
>>> This sounds too mainstream for me, too. Still, at least you have an attitude and shit. My Rating: 3.7

08.
“The Realest”
>>> Good rhymes; not bad… My Rating: 3.8
>>> Good rhymes; not bad… My Rating: 3.8
Overall: Really? No 4.0-rated
songs on this whole CD? Maybe, it’s time to quit thinkin’ ‘bout ruinin’ tha old
R&B songs and switch to supportin’ tha streetz, full time!
