As I keep it movin’, this gon be tha last review for tonight: Infinity Records Infinity Records Compilation, Vol. I, released in 1999 on Infinity Records; say IR 3x, 5x fast, lol! Also, this CD was produced by Infamous…! Start Time: 6:01 PM | End Time: 7:19 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

>>> Sounds like an anthemic beat start…; leggo! Tha hook’s pretty hype; definitely nice, here! Can’t wait ta hear tha verses…! Strictly holdin’ it down fa tha souljaz, here; put up dat “soulja rag!” Long verses, it seems like, fa a long track… Either way, definitely hype, to tha fullest! Prolly woulda rated this better if tha transitioning was better, from verse(s) to hooks… My Rating: 4.3

>>> Anotha hyped-up vibe in tha beat, here; nice…! Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds cool; feelin’ tha hype fa a female track… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds good wit what y’all bring to tha table… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2^nd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice; good shit… A lil’ bit of singin’, toward tha end; nice… My Rating: 4.2

>>> Pretty nice beat, once again… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds good; good shit… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and yeah, when y’all said, “Baton Rouge,” I realized that this has, like, a Baton Rouge-soundin’ street vibe to it; good shit…! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it sounds good, as y’all keep this hot shit comin’… Got tha 3^rd verse goin’ on, here, soundin’ pretty nice; glad y’all don’t stop! My Rating: 4.2

>>> Beat sounds good fa tha streetz, here; good shit… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds nice fa a mission fa da “paper,” ya dig? Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds good wit this beat; can’t stop this vibe! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s good wit what y’all bring, here; keep it up! Hearin’ a nicely-rapped 3^rd verse, as well; y’all know what it iz… My Rating: 4.1

>>> Sounded like a jingle or some sort, in tha beginning… Now, hearin’ tha dope-soundin’ beat, as well as tha gutta-soundin’ hook; dope shit! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s pretty nice; keep tha gutta vibes up! Got tha 2^nd verse quickly comin’ through, here, soundin’ good; can’t complain… A chick’s on tha 3^rd verse, here, comin’ through wit a jammin’ but gutta-soundin’ verse; nice… A fast-rapped 4^th verse, here, soundin’ 100% dope!! Dude can’t be stopped! So quick of a verse; was over in tha breeze of an ear, lol! A 5^th verse, here, soundin’ pretty good; keep it goin’… My Rating: 4.5

>>> Good lil’ slower beat… Hearin’ tha hook and it aight; simple and sweet, I guess? Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and I’m feelin’ tha aggression in tha voice; not bad, overall… Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here, soundin’ pretty nice wit this street shit… It sounds like tha 3^rd verse barely transitioned with tha hook, here; real-quick 3^rd hook? My Rating: 3.7

>>> Almost sounds like y’all remakin’/coverin’ SWV on tha hook, here; sounds good, tho, wit this beat… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s a lil’ Bone Thuggish, lol? Likin’ this whole ‘90s vibe…! Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here, soundin’ good, too; keep it goin’…! My Rating: 4.2

>>> Sounds catchy as hell, for tha streetz! Nice hook and beat; y’all know what it iz! Verse time! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse & it sounds good; energetic, too… Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here & it’s pretty nice; great job, y’all! Luvin’ tha faster dude on tha 2^nd ½ of tha 2^nd verse; rapidness! Now, we got tha 3^rd verse & we got tha gangsta-soundin’ sound effects/lifestyle; nice! Keepin’ it movin’ with a 4^th verse, here, as it sounds good wit tha consistent rhymes! My Rating: 4.4

11. “Can’t Stop Crime”
>>> Now, this one sounds like “It Was A Good Day”, in tha beat sample… It sounds like it’s gonna be a good one to remake, based off of how it’s sampled… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s nice fa this male singer; this iz a good night! Tha 1^st verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, here; good lil’ hood story… Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, right nah & it’s pretty nice; keep tha hood poppin’… Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it sounds nice ta hear, once again; nice jam fa tha ‘90s… My Rating: 4.3

>>> Sounds like anotha sample in tha beat sounds, here; definitely hot! Hearin’ tha beat in its entirety and it’s tha shit, as well as this hook…! Tha 1^st verse’s soundin’ nice, as y’all bring dat hot shit to tha table! Tha rest of this keeps it movin’; can’t be stopped! My Rating: 4.2

>>> Beat gives me a Master P-like vibe; definitely cool… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s a str8-up anthem fa da “U.P.T.!” Uptown! Great job wit tha 1^st verse, too, as y’all know what it iz fa dat 504! Got tha 2^nd verse, soundin’ pretty nice, as well; great lil’ anthem…! My Rating: 4.2

>>> Anotha anthemic one, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice wit how y’all hold it down… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ nice; keep tha rhymes up… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s pretty dope from tha two of y’all spittin’; keep it up…! Got tha 3^rd verse, here, strictly bringin’ tha heat to tha table…; good shit! My Rating: 4.1

>>> Nice beat and nice hook wit y’all definition of a “friend!” Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s all about holdin’ it down fa tha “homie,” here; good shit… Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here, soundin’ pretty energetic & dope; good shit! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 3^rd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice; gotta dig it! My Rating: 4.5

>>> From a “friend” to a “dawg;” gotta move on up! No doubt…! Hearin’ tha energetic beat and hook, here…; of course, it’s tight…! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s pretty nice; can’t even come close to a complaint! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2^nd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice; keep it goin’! “Shmoke a fuckin’ sack!” Got tha 3^rd verse goin’ on, here, soundin’ consistent wit these rhymes! Definitely D-to-tha-O-to-tha-P-to-tha-muthafuckin’-E!! Got some chants, as well as an outro-like ending, here; good shit! My Rating: 4.4

>>> Beat’s pretty nice and energetic, once again… I see that this a shorter track… Hook’s pretty nice, as tha paranoia of “da devil” got y’all spittin’ fiya on da mic! Good shit, just like how tha only verse goin’! My Rating: 4.3

Overall: Nice job wit this compilation; dope shit! Glad y’all know what it iz when it comes to anthems, street content & providin’ good music fa tha undaground of Louisiana! Hope y’all doin’ good, 20 years later…!
