tha debut album from Mystikal, so, without anymore delays, here goes my review

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me or have auto-tune in your vocals, I’m not buyin’ it!

01. "Ya'll Ain't Ready Yet"
Sounds like you 'bout ta go off on this shit right chea!! I'm ready... 5:55 on tha length no less!! >>> Didn't expect tha beat ta sound like this; different fa Mystikal. Sounds like CRAZY SHIT goin' on at :37!! Now, here you come on tha 1st verse at :51, just tearin' this shit up wit tha FAST-ASS rhymes!!! Yea, you "ain't playin' wit their bitch-ass!!" Wow, you ARE "so cold like a 24 year old North POLE!!!!!" My God, what CRAZINESS in your vocals here, as well as tha shit you be spittin'!!! VERY RAW 1st verse!! Tha 2nd verse iz raw too. Anotha COLD line wit "I'm colder than a FREEZER!!!" I'm glad you said, "neva gon change my style;" hope that's tha case when I hear mo shit from you in my marathon! Tha 1st verse was better, but who didn't think that 2nd verse was raw, right?!? I like how you started tha 3rd verse off wit "I'm G like Slimm" (like G-Slimm, R.I.P.)! REAL CRAZY switch-ups wit tha style of lyrics (e.g., from like hot ta cold)!!! Oh, you're "out dat Boot Camp Click?" That's watz good! My Rating: 4.8
02. "Murderer" Feat. Insane
This should be REAL TIGHT; 5:30 on tha length too!!! >>> Sounds like a real anticipating intro!! Interesting hook from Insane, and even you addin' some shit at tha end of tha hook! Speaking of Insane bein' on here, Mystikal, you're just SO "INSANE" wit this shit!!! Nice 1st verse, and tha 2nd verse iz soundin' gangsta; nothin' but GREAT shit here!!! Tha 3rd verse iz good too; likin' that "spray his ass like a roach" part. Tha whole entire song iz str8 gangsta, and I'm DEFINITELY feelin' it! My Rating: 4.5
03. "Mr. Hood Critic" Feat. G-Quikk
This looks like it gon be good; lookin' forward again!! >>> A somewhat okay start from G-Quikk here... It sounds MUCH BETTA when you (Mystikal) make those random check-ins in tha verse; you KNOW your attitude iz CRAZY!! Okay 1st verse. LOL @ tha fast rappin' on this song; doesn't even sound like it fits this song. Not too crazy about this compared to tha otha songs. I guess 'cause you're not on this much 'cause I hear Quikk on tha 2nd verse too... Quikk would've been okay if he was just on tha hook. However, bein' on 2 of 2 verses makes me not even realize you're on tha track. My Rating: 3.6
04. "Not That Nigga"
A whoppin' 5:59 on tha length right chea! You must got A LOT ta say... BY YOURSELF! >>> Glad it's just you on this shit!! CRAZY-ASS rappin' at :09!!! Yea, "smokin' fat herbs;" thumbs up to ya. Just LUV your rappin'!! Talk about underrated right chea!! Wow, you say tha title 24x in tha hook; that's REALLY watz good!!! Glad you mentioned "bounce like DJ Jimi" on tha 2nd verse; that CD he put out in '92 was some TIGHT shit! Wow, just tha rappin' in tha 3rd verse iz SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! It DOESN'T stop!!! I like tha "I'm blacker than voodoo" part; nice! Tha "Ice like T, Rock like Kim, Spice like 1" part was REAL nice too; just SOOOOOOOOOO CONSISTENT!!!!! And your attitude iz just THA SHIT!!! I like tha end of tha 3rd verse, as you're like, "I AIN'T, I AIN'T, I AIN'T...!!" LOL @ tha female singin', "he ain't scared of you, muthafuckaz!!" I'm glad it kept repeatin' tha hook like crazy 'til it faded out at tha end! My Rating: 4.9
05. "Smoke Something"
I couldn't have asked fo a betta title... Yet, only 2:03 on tha length? That sux! >>> Now that it's :52 in, it sounds like a skit. Neva mind, at :57, tha rappin' started finally! Real nice smokin' interlude intro though! I like how you went and "got your lighter on this shit;" thumbs up! This of course iz tight, so thumbs up ta havin' it in tha middle of nowhere on this CD! LOL @ tha "slow motion" part at 1:45 - 1:50! Nice ending, as you ended it wit tha title; nice lil' joint right chea! My Rating: 4.3
½time: Can't doubt Mystikal; you're FUCKIN' raw wit this shit!!! Yet, you've put out so much shit!!! I'm DEFINITELY lookin' forward ta future shit from you in this marathon of mine! I know you got a bunch more CDs, so that's watz good! Glad you been doin' yo thang in yo career!
06. "That Nigga Ain't Shit!"
Anotha title wit "nigga" in it (thumbs up), and there's an exclamation point; yea!! Lookin' forward ta this shit! >>> Tha intro sounds like it's returning from tha last song's event, tha smoke out. LMAO @ "had ta piss so bad... had ta say, 'GOOD LAWD!!!'" LOL @ "my stinkin' ass in tha showa!!" This sounds funny... LOL @ tha "unda tha nuts" part? Tha lyrics seem not random, but more of waking up, lol! Yea, at least it's more plus wit tha "polo & girbauds!" LOL @ "grabbed that leftova coldcut com...bo!" REAL, REAL, REAL GOOD 1st verse (only verse), and that hook, lol @ it! Reminds me of Gregory D type shit. My Rating: 4.7
07. "Mind Of Mystikal"
Izn't this one of your follow up CD titles? *Checks* Yea, got it comin' up in 1995. I wonder what you had ta say a year before that? >>> Tha intro was sooooo slow, but at :24, tha 1st verse started, and it sounds UNDENIABLE!!! For someone I've known from "Shake Ya Ass", you're just WAY BETTA than that song, delivery wise and shit like that!! I wouldn't've guessed you'd be this good, but yea, you're DEFINITELY a GREAT N.O. rappa, ya dig! REAL GREAT 1st verse, and don't think tha 2nd verse gon front! I like tha "achin' from yo ass crack to yo nut sack" part; SUCH RAW SHIT COMIN' FROM YOU!!!!! DEFINITELY a great 3rd verse too!! My Rating: 4.7
08. "Not That Nigga (Remix)"
Let's see what you did here on tha remix... >>> My God, who DOESN'T LIKE MYSTIKAL?!?!? THIS SHIT IZ JUST CRAZY WIT THA RHYMES!!! THAT FLOW IZ TOOOOO CRAZY!!!!! I rememba tha "smokin' fat herbs" part! I'm assumin' just tha beat changed... If that's tha case, I like tha original version betta. All tha lyrics are tha same though; still HOLDIN' IT DOWN wit that shit!!! I don't really need ta say anymore 'cause you can see more on my review fa tha original. My Rating: 4.8

LOL @ tha unexpected radio version... But then again, props. I may use it in my radio shift hopefully comin' Fall 2009! See #1 fa tha review!

Let's see what this'll be like ta end this GREAT CD off... >>> What happened to her? Yea, you "DID do it" fa this CD!! So, she was tha female background vocalist on tha "Not That Nigga" song? How did she die? My Rating: N/A
Overall: Well, one of tha BEST CDs I reviewed in my marathon currently!! Lotta jointz right there that WENT HARD 'cause that's what you do!! Only #3 was not rated a 4.0, which if it was, this would've been an automatic 5* CD! Either way, luv your attitude, flows, etc., and keep up tha hard work!
