My
3rd review for today iz TRU Records artist M-11 “N.O. Exposed”. Start Time: 4:04 PM | End Time: 4:36 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I
don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like
it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites,
I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I
love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s
considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a
5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I
listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of
tha song while I’m listening to it.

01.
InTRU w/DJ Age
An
“InTRU” here, lol! >>> You sound like an internet rapper wit this
quality, lol; I like tha dialogue, here. My
Rating: N/A
02.
“Hustle & Grind”
>>>
Good rhymes over a tight-soundin’ beat; nice combo! Tha hook sounds good; it’s
all about dat “hustle & grind!” My
Rating: 4.2
03.
“Break It Off”
>>>
This sounds catchy wit tha hook and breakin’
shit “off.” Yea, why does everyone “wanna be a thug like Pac;” it iz “played out” and I’m glad I don’t follow typical people like
Pac & Biggie, no offense! Nice job wit comin’ through fa tha real thugs in tha street and expressin’
to tha fakes why they need ta stop! My
Rating: 4.0
04.
“I’m On”
>>>
Hook iz okay, although a lil’ gay wit tha vocals; I do like how dis beat
sounds, though. Tha rhymes, here, are okay; a decent joint from you. My Rating: 3.2
05.
Real Talk
>>>
Nice skit. My Rating: N/A
06.
“Choppas” Feat. C-Murder
Looks
like it’ll be one of those A-graded collaborations! >>> Nice,
faster-soundin’ beat, here! I like how C-Murder has a fast flow while still
keepin’ it street to tha bone! Wit you on this joint wit C, it sounds pretty
good. Tha rhymes are good but it don’t compare to C; at least y’all
collaboratin’, though. My Rating: 4.1
07.
“My City” Feat. C-Murder
Anotha
collab? How will dis one go? >>> This beat sounds betta; this sounds
more on a mainstream Rap level, kinda like an MTV Jams only/Rap City only-type song. C-Murder’s on
tha 1st verse, again, and he sounds good wit these rhymes; gotta
keep it A+ for tha streetz! You sound betta on tha 2nd verse, M-11;
nice job wit tha street content but damn, you quoted “Tupac” when you said, “people act like him?” :confused
Error…? “Eva since my father passed, I’ve been drivin’ reckless;” I know a
death iz bad but to control your drivin’? My
Rating: 4.2
08.
“Armed Robbery”
>>>
Good content, once again; I’m likin’ how you showin’ luv to tha Boot, here, wit
tha content and peoples’s situations in jail. I like how you sound consistent
wit tha flow and tha shit you rappin’ ‘bout; thumbs up! My Rating: 4.3
09.
Craig B (Beats By The Pound) Shoutout
>>>
Good shoutout, here. My Rating: N/A
10.
“Yeeah, Heyy”
>>>
Sounds like Jennifer Hudson sayin’ tha title in tha background; sounds pretty
good fa a Rap song, though, for tha underground. Nice job wit holdin’ this
joint down; good production and consistent rappin’ at its finest. My Rating: 4.0
11.
“Freaks” Feat. Dougie Fresh
Looks
like this iz a fake feature? Lemme see… >>> Sounds like it wit tha
title repeatin’ as a sample, smh. Tha content iz a lil’ too typical for me
(mainstream shit) so my interest izn’t too high, although some of tha shit,
here, iz consistently delivered. Tha hook sounds good wit tha unlisted Jamaican artist; why she
unlisted when there’s a fake feature listed? My Rating: 3.6
12.
“Hood Rock”
>>>
Beginning music sounds like Usher’s song before tha “My Boo” video a lil’ bit…
Your flow sounds a lil’ catchy, here, wit how you holdin’ it down; not bad of a
joint, here, for tha Rap heads. My
Rating: 3.5
13.
Fiend Shoutout
>>>
:tu Love how he mentionin’ he “smokin’ somethin’ up in head;” you know what it
iz! My Rating: N/A
14.
“Put It On Ya” Feat. Mystikal
>>>
Izn’t this “I’ont Like You”? Think it iz; must be another remix? For this CD
bein’ aight, sounds like this iz a bonus, lol. Were you in tha background of this
song? My Current Rating: 4.8
15.
“Fuck ‘Em” Feat. C-Murder
Ooh,
anotha collaboration! >>> Damn, tha interestin’ production
from—soundin’ like KLC or Beats By The Pound—sounds tight, here, nearly like
“Down For My Niggaz”; lol @ tha similar jointz outta nowhere. Anyway, nice
collaboration; thumbs up fa tha both of y’all keepin’ shit on ‘n’ poppin’ to
tha max!! My Rating: 4.6
½time: Tha previous two jointz
really helped tha ratings go up, bringin’ tha average to a 4.0, currently; can you keep it up?
16.
“Whip It Up”
>>>
Sounds like Lil’ Wayne
in tha beginning; luckily, it’s just a lil’ sample. As for tha rappin’ you got,
here, it sounds pretty good…; nice job wit tha consistent mixtape song. My Rating: 4.2
17.
“Beefin’” Feat. Joey Queans
>>>
Sounds good for a new song; nice collaboration wit Queans! Tha hook’s nice and
smooth for tha streetz, although I’m like, “fuckin’ ‘beefin’’,” ‘cause all it
does iz cause deaths. You’re doin’ a nice job wit tha verses and Joey adds a
lil’ bit of a plus to tha pot, here; nice shit he spittin’, within a
consistent/tight mind! My Rating: 4.3
18.
“Freedom Cry”
>>>
Beat’s aight but tha sample’s a lil’ gay, especially since tha 1st
50% of tha song iz tha beginning/hook. As far as tha rappin’, it’s somewhat
catchy but this izn’t tha best song fa me. My
Rating: 3.3
19.
M-11 Speaks
>>>
Thumbs up fa a skit, bruh. My Rating:
N/A
20.
“R.I.P. Soulja Slim Tribute” Feat. Soulja Slim
>>>
Almost sounds like “Beats How You Want ‘Em”’s tag in tha beginning; sounds like
a nice compilation of Soulja Slim songs, here. Even though I feel like dis iz
cheatin’ for this mixtape, since you’re not on it, I’ll rate it how I feel,
still. My Rating: 4.3
21.
“Uptown Anthem”
>>>
Beginning sounds nice; sounds like you holdin’ shit down fa tha “uptown” and
504! Thumbs up fa dis content, too, especially near tha end! My Rating: 4.1
22.
“Set It Off”
>>>
Damn, anotha CD wit a Drake sample? :confused Tha one I heard previously
sounded much betta/entertainin’; this one’s aight but nothin’ I wanna hear in a
Louisiana CD. Tha rappin’, here, iz aight from you; still for tha streets,
though, so that’s what’s up. I like how you shouted out “KLC” on this, too. My Rating: 3.7
23.
“Bonified Hustler”
>>>
LOL, people still samplin’ M.I.A.? Sounds cool; thumbs up fa tha sample wit tha
tight beat, too! Tha rhymes sound catchy wit this flow; good job… My Rating: 4.2
24.
“She Choosy”
>>>
LOL, even more Yung Joc samples? Funny…; I think this sample’s pretty
entertainin’, lol. Wit tha rhymes you got here, they’re aight; sounds like it
could fit in tha mainstream more than wit my likin’… My Rating: 3.8
25.
“Supra”
What?
>>> Even though tha beat has a higher BPM, I’m not likin’ tha hook at
all; way too mainstream for my likin’. My
Rating: 2.6
26.
“One False Move (Remix)” Feat. C-Murder & Akon
Damn,
’08 outta nowhere? This was a good song fa what it was; I still think this iz
cheatin’… >>> Oh wait, you’re on this? Must be a remix…; good
contribution from you, here. My Rating: 4.3
27.
“Stay Strap”
You
mean “Strapped”? >>> Nice
intro in tha beginning; sounds like tight ‘90s music! I like how you’re comin’
through wit tha tight shit; good hook! I like how I’m learnin’ about you “at
tha age of nine,” here; keep tha rhymes comin’! Too bad you had a bit of a struggle;
I did… wit communication, and it was rough! This joint’s nice and consistent
and doesn’t get too boring, mainly thanx to dat good beat! My Rating: 4.4
28.
“Street Nigga” Feat. C-Murder
>>>
Damn, still hearin’ this beat in ’11? :confused Good thing C-Murder’s on it;
pretty nice shit from him! I like C’s “pop me a dolphin” shit goin’ on in tha 1st
verse; glad he “rollin’, rollin’,” as I always got luv fa C! You’re doin’ a
good job, too, wit what you’re contributin’ to tha track, boi. My Rating: 4.3
29.
“Back 2 Tha ‘90s”
>>>
Nice beat, here; good subject, too! Even though some of this vibe iz gettin’
repetitive, I like what you got, here, as far as tha rhymes, a lil’ bit… My Rating: 3.9
30.
“Happy Feelings”
What
will tha ending song sound like? >>> Damn, this sounds like ‘90s
R&B than Rap for me wit tha hook… As far as what you got goin’ on wit tha
rappin’, it’s aight; not too bad… Damn, anotha reference ta “Pac”? My Rating: 3.1
Overall: You did ya thang, here;
good job…
