My 3rd review today iz Pounds “Necessary Hustlin’ 1.5 (Hosted by Big Jay)”! Start Time: 10:48 AM | End Time: 11:10 AM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

>>> LOL, it sounds like Big Jay said, “Thirty Third,” lol. I remember tha previous mixtapes wit tha great skits; this intro goes wit it! LOL, you added some rappin’ to it; really feelin’ tha fastness! I guess I should rate this ‘cause of tha final 30 seconds! My Rating: 4.5


02. “Dope Money” Feat. Lil’ Cali
Good thing fa O.B. on tha beat! You already know what I had ta say ‘bout dis one! My Current Rating: 4.5


03. “Fa My Niggas”
>>> Sounds hot for a new joint; good beat you chose and your voice holds shit down at all times!! My Rating: 4.4


04. “Weed & Kodene”
LOL! I thought I neva heard dis before but I did and you already know, anything wit “weed” in tha title iz official!! My Current Rating: 4.6


05. “I’m On” Feat. Foxx & []
A beat from Ice Redd, here; didn’t realize he produced it! Needed a song fa my radio show right afta []’s birthday so I went wit dis; good thing he sent me it! LOL @ tha—I dunno what ta call it—voice on tha hook. Anyway, tha 1st verse’s pretty kick-ass wit you on tha voice and delivery wit tha rhymes, lol! LOL @ Foxx on tha 2nd verse wit his “dyke” shit when it comes ta tha “bitches;” what about gay dudes, lol? Consistent shit from him, as always! Of course, save tha best fa last: [], although I really liked your part, Pounds! []’s pretty consistent wit what he’s got on tha mic; damn, how many punchlines, bruh? My Current Rating: 4.6


06. “Big Money”
Anotha “money” song? You should spend some on my commercials, videos, and myself! >>> Sounds good; I also like dat tha back cover looks similar to []’s “[]”! Anyway, anotha good song from you; can’t deny tha voice! Also, tha hook sounds good wit this screwed sample! My Rating: 4.3


07. “Dat’s How I’m Actin’” Feat. BluBlack
Forgot tha “’s” on tha back cover, lol? Of course, very hot song, especially wit BluBlack on tha feature and Ice Redd on tha beat!! My Current Rating: 4.7


08. “Ride Wit Me”
>>> Even though good, it was my least-rated on your “Necessary Hustlin’” CD, lol. My Current Rating: 3.8


½time: Of course, nothin’ but consistent shit from Pounds, ya dig?!? Can’t deny it, especially tha gifted voice!! Already, you’re at a 4.4 for tha CD rating; keep it up!!!


09. “So Fresh (Pt. 2)” Feat. Tic
Let’s hear tha 2nd part… >>> Not sure how good I remember tha 1st version but you know dis iz a plus, too. Tic sounds good; glad y’all frequently collaborate! My Rating: 4.0


10. Tha Drop Off (Skit)
Ooh, a skit! >>> Sounds refreshin’ ta hear; lol @ tha dialogue and all tha nouns included when “droppin’” shit “off,” lol! My Rating: N/A


11. “Bird Call” Feat. Young Gregory
A surprise collaboration, from before! Then again, I didn’t realize dat tha two of y’all were cousins; no wonder! My Current Rating: 4.3


12. “I Can Do It” Feat. Adlib
>>> Forgot tha “it” on tha back cover? Anyway, tha 1st ½ of tha hook’s a lil’ gay for me wit tha vocals but at least you keepin’ it semi-alive wit how you comin’ through! Real nice job wit tha 1st verse; I feel like I can handle tha whole entire hook, regardless! Tha 2nd verse sounds good, too; damn, how much “trap” shit you got? Do you remember date and time of when you first sold shit? My Rating: 4.1


13. “She Like”
>>> What’s wit tha laughin’ from Big Jay in tha beginning? Since when does he think shit’s funny? Ooh, this iz a faster-soundin’ song; likin’ how you come through wit some fast shit, this time! LOL, what more could I “like” about dis song? You keepin’ shit on ‘n’ poppin’, here! My Rating: 4.3


14. “Hate Follows” Feat. Carrie A
Who’s dis gurl? >>> Ooh, she raps; thought she sang or somethin’ to where I wouldn’t like this too much. Anyway, she sounds like a good representa; gotta show her luv! LOL, then, your grimy voice comes outta nowhere ta let err-body know; gotta luv tha unexpected, quickly! Oh, she iz singin’ on tha hook; it sounds good wit this beat, at least; I’m satisfied wit her rappin’ on tha intro, at least. My Rating: 4.2


15. “Hard Tymes”
An Ice Redd beat; forgot tha space on tha background? >>> Beat sounds poor on tha hook; what’s up wit this? Not really tha best fa me; good thing you have rappin’ on lock wit your flow and what you be doin’! Sometimes, it takes somethin’ extra for me to like… My Rating: 3.9


16. “Weed & Kodene (Screwed & Chopped Version)”
I had a feelin’ I thought I saw dis twice; thank God there’s a C&S version!! >>> Great resurrection wit this C&S shit!! I might like tha original version slightly betta but definitely thumbs up fa havin’ a C&S version!! Tha screwin’ prolly could’ve been a lil’ slower ‘cause your voice sounds nearly tha same, since it’s deep. My Rating: 4.5


Overall: This went just as hard, or even equivalent, to tha original CD; definite thumbs up!! Really felt tha new jointz; keep ‘em comin’, includin’ doin’ business wit me!
