Back to tha reviewz! My bad about yesterday; had an annoying brother of mine up my ass about payin’ me back from what he stole/borrowed from me, last summer, as well as bein’ threatened by where I interned at, where I was tryna get a job to get some money flowin’. I guess err-body hates my guts? Don’t know why… But, back to what I need, right now: Gunplay Bogota Rich: The Prequel iz my next review, released on March 9, 2012 on Maybach Music Group! Lookin’ forward, especially wit “Fuck Shit” bein’ on here!!! Start Time: 8:05 PM | End Time: 8:44 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

Startin’ off wit a freestyle, eh? Let’s see here… >>> Good, consistent rhymes ova this beat, here; feelin’ your “coke in tha nostrils” rhymes, lol! My Rating: 4.3

02. “I Got Dis (Freestyle)”

And, anotha freestyle, lol! >>> Sounds good; I like tha “coldest…Decembers,” though you ain’t dealin’ what I’m dealin’ with, as far as a winter! Hate this below-25-degree weather! I like tha “chill out” shit you sayin’ in tha hook. It almost made me think you was sayin’, “July,” ‘cause July’s your birthmonth! My Rating: 4.2

03. “Tats On My Arm”

Let’s see what we got, here… >>> Sounds like you rappin’ off a typical-soundin’ rap beat, here; decent, so far… Tha hook’s catchy, and I’m feelin’ your rhymes on tha verse, here. My Rating: 3.8

04. “Low Life” Feat. Triple C’s

LOL @ just IDin’ it as “Triple C”? A solo “C”, lol? You know I gon correct it! Let’s hear this collab!! >>> Beat sounds like some typical, Maybach Music-soundin’ shit, but it sounds anticipatin’ wit you on tha hook! Feelin’ this “low life” content and hook! Almost sounds like Logan “life,” at times, lol… Hearin’ you on tha 1^st verse, and you got some catchy shit, here, wit tha flow and err-thang. We got my boy Torch on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit some good, street shit! That fuckin’ dawg, Young Breed, on tha 3^rd verse; yeah!!! His “trap doin’ so good;” gotta luv his luck!! Wow, long ending echo wit 17 seconds? Oh, there’s a lil’ bit of, like, 11 seconds of silence… Echoing ending kinda reminds me of tha “Fuck Shit” ending! My Rating: 4.3

05. “M1 Here, M1 There”

Likin’ this title! >>> Ooh, sounds good! Feelin’ your “an M1 here, an M1 there;” nice, catchy hook!! Good shit you bringin’ to tha table on tha 1^st verse; catchy shit! Keep this shit goin’… Good shit in tha 2^nd verse, too! You analyzin’ tha whole scene!! My Rating: 4.5

½time: So far, this some good shit, of course! More of tha beats you chose sound more on tha typical, mainstream-soundin’ tip. But, can’t deny what you be bringin’ to tha table!! A 4.2 for tha CD rating, currently!!

06. “Lead Widdit (Freestyle)”
>>> Sounds good; feelin’ tha drug-related shit! “I’m in tha house wit thousands of pyramids;” nice! “You ain’t built fa this, cuzin;” true! Hook’s okay, but a lil’ gay wit tha lean—oh wait, it’s “lead;” neva mind. I mistook it for some dancin’ shit… My Rating: 4.2

07. “Jumpout”

Let’s see what we got… >>> Ooh, some serious street shit! LOL, 4 “S”es, I just said, unlike 3! I’m really feelin’ tha crazy hook and all tha shit goin’ on!! Tha 1^st verse sounds pretty nice, too; you’re paranoid; you’re crazy; you’re insane; you’re Gunplay; you’re holdin’ it down fa tha streetz!! Wow, tha hook has screamin’ in it, too!! You would think this tha LA riots or somethin’, from tha ‘90s!! ROFL @ tha screamin’!! Tha 3^rd—I think that’s what I’m up to—verse’s pretty crazy, too! “No Home Depot!” My Rating: 4.9

08. “Fuck Shit” Feat. Triple C’s

Whoa, my God!! You know what it iz with this one!! Though this iz March 2012, Music Choice: Rap got this in October 2013, and it brought tha excitement to me, for your music. This was tha 1^st song I added of yours on my iTunes, and once my Gunplay phase started, just two months ago, this song took over!! Wish MCR was still playin’ this; only lasted a month on there. It put me in tha best mood when it’d come on! I have video on YouTube of me hearin’ it on MCR outta nowhere, goin’ crazy!

I got robbed a lil’ over two years ago, back in 2011, and tha dude had tha record for most #1’s & most #1’s in a row on my daily top 10 countdown! When “shit” like that happens, you neva think there’ll be a song for a long time that gon beat that record. However, then came “Fuck Shit”, and it was #1 on my top 10 for 57 dayz in a row—record setting!! It’s still tryna beat tha record for total #1’s, as it’s #1 on my top 10 as we speak!! Just yesterday, when all that “fuck shit” happened (explained at tha top of this review), it makes me appreciate this song even more! It’s one of tha best songs of this decade!! It made #2 on my Top 546 Songs of 2013 and #1 on my Top 50 Fall Anthems of 2013 video countdown; you gettin’ it in!! With that bein’ said, my feedback for this joint iz that tha beat’s so energetic/like you’re in tha middle of a war! And, it’s tha truth wit tha hook; so many fakes and “snakes!!” And, you bring it on tha 1^st verse!! Such greatness you come through with!! “Frienemies;” gotta luv it!! You have such energy and aggression in your voice!! And, Young Breed comes through like a great druggie on tha 2^nd verse, supplyin’ dat good shit! I like how y’all shot tha video in NYC. I’m on Long Island, but when I passed tha city comin’ down, from Northeast PA to Long Island, I saw a sign that looked like tha one in this music video; I thought of this video instantly! Tha 3^rd verse iz Torch, and of course, I luv all his “fuck” parts; he really deliverin’ tha anger/real “shit!” “Fuck ya blog, fuck ya opinion!!” And, it’s been since November 4, 2012 that I’ve rated somethin’ a perfect score; you know this song gon get dat from me, right now!! I’m definitely dealin’ wit tha most “fuck shit!!!” My Current Rating: 5.0

09. “Stay Schemin’ (Freestyle)”
LOL, this song; I’m sure you gon do good on freestylin’ ta it! >>> Feelin’ what you comin’ wit on tha hook! Again, stickin’ to tha “not friends” shit! “A-One since day one;” I believe it! Of course, your “drum roll” iz catchy as fuck! “Brrr-rr-r-rr-ah!” Wow, this went by quick; I was used to tha regular length like “Fuck Shit”, fa a second, lol. My Rating: 4.3

10. “Food Chain”

This looks interestin’! >>> Catchy shit, despite it bein’ a typical-soundin’ beat! It’s you comin’ through wit your catchiness; luv this “food chain” theme! Tha 1^st verse sounds catchier than tha hook; great delivery and motivation deliverin’ these rhymes!! “Lookin’ like I’m hangin’ off a branch;” whoo!! You makin’ me think of bein’ 12 stories up on tha Kings Park Psychiatric Center, sweatin’ from tha heights!! Just thinkin’ of that got my hands fucked up ‘cause my cousins actually hang/go by tha ledge of tha fuckin’ buildings; crazy!! Tha 2^nd verse sounds great, too; consistent-delivered rhymes!! My Rating: 4.6

11. “Got Damn” Feat. Ace Hood & Torch

LOL, they got you on tha feature, here? Well, no need fa that since this iz your CD… Either way, definitely lookin’ forward ta this feature ta end this CD off!! >>> Catchy-ass hook; luv how repetitive tha title iz, like a Baton Rouge-soundin’ hook!! Here you are on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through like a crazy ape wit tha rhymes!! Diggin’ these rhymes a lot!! You really got tha delivery on lock!! Tha beginning of this CD needed some of these deliveries, in my opinion. But, gotta be pleased that you came through now! Ace Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit a “bad bladder,” lol! Good shit; he came through nicely!! Now, time fa Mr. “Fuck Ya Blog, Fuck Ya Opinion” on tha 3^rd verse, lol! I like tha “dodge you” part; Torch doin’ tha damn thang, too! My Rating: 4.7

Overall: Lots of greatness, here!! I thought this was a great mixtape; it had some top-rating shit on here, as I was hooked!! You know what it iz, Gunplay!! Three more CD reviewz ta go!!
