Grindin’ consistently here wit these reviewz… Tha 1st one for today iz Captain 2Clean “Salt Free & Sho Love = Get Love”, lol… I’m not likin’ that tha length of tha CD iz ova 80 minutes, even wit two missin’ songs… Start Time: 9:50 AM | End Time: 11:20 AM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Frowns & Tears” Feat. (Not Girl$)
What a title ta start? I’m goin’ by tha numbers on tha mp3 files instead of tha DatPiff tracklisting… Hope this CD ain’t sad or anything… >>> Quiet start in tha beat here… Tha hook’s a lil’ catchy; sounds like this iz like from tha 90’s or somethin’? LOL, are you tha oldest current rapper I’m listenin’ to right now (at Age 37)? Interestin’ wit tha 1st verse… Tha 2nd verse’s to tha point, especially for a 30+ year-old, lol. Who’s tha female on tha lil’ bridge here? Interestin’ ta hear a 90’s-soundin’ female on this… My Rating: 4.3

02. “Ride In Tha City” Feat. (Not Boy$)
Ooh, a collaboration here; looks like it gon sound good… >>> I’m likin’ tha beginning here wit tha beat; nice and smooth here! Real nice-soundin’ hook here! Tha 1st verse sounds good. Erk (in his letter response) was tellin’ me some of his material was like 10 years old; iz this shit near dat old? It sounds kinda old… Neva mind, that GARBAGE “turn my swag on” quote on tha beginning of tha 2nd verse, smh… LOL @ this 2nd verse; sounds like they’re really young but I think it’s you. Tha 3rd verse’s keepin’ dat 90’s vibe goin’ here… My Rating: 4.5


03. “I’m Real, U Fake” Feat. (Not Boy$)
What’ll come outta this? >>> Okay, this iz DEFINITELY gutta to tha fullest on tha hook; good job, you’re, on tha hook!! Tha 1st verse iz a DEFINITE PLUS and I’m REALLY feelin’ tha “real, nigga!!!” ad-libs from you outta nowhere in tha 1st verse!! Also, throughout tha hook so you KNOW this shit’s REAL HOT!!! Some of tha (Not Boy$) are on tha 2nd verse here; good attitude here! You’re on tha 3rd verse and I’m feelin’ all tha shit you bringin’ to tha table here!! I would luv ta get this on tha radio but it’d be a BITCH ta edit ‘cause of all tha ad-libs so I dunno… My Rating: 4.8


04. “A Balla Gottem” Feat. Erk
Ooh, an Erk song? Lookin’ forward ta hearin’!! >>> Okay, tha beat’s DEFINITELY tight here and it sounds NICE wit tha way Erk’s handlin’ tha hook!! Real shit bein’ spit in tha 1st verse; good thing he was neva around for tha bullshit that’s out now!! Oh, here comes you on tha 2nd verse, Captain, doin’ ya thang… Pretty good verse right there, ya dig? What’ll come outta tha 3rd verse? I believe it’s Erk again, doin’ his thang wit his GR8 “blowin’ big killa” rhymes! Now, you hopped onto tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse here, wit some good “ridin’” rhymes. LOL, why iz there a lot of silence at tha end? My Rating: 4.5


05. “Real Like Me” Feat. (Not Boy$)
Likin’ tha title once again; let’s keep it goin’!! >>> Tha volume’s a lil’ low here… You’re holdin’ down tha hook in a REAL GOOD way; VERY, VERY catchy!!! Tha 1st verse’s soundin’ good and very catchy wit how you deliver it, ya dig!! A feature on tha 2nd verse, soundin’ pretty good here wit tha “real” shit and catchy rhymes! Tha 3rd verse sounds like someone dat would be from Texas or somethin’, lol… Catchy rhymin’ ta where I used ta like all kinds of Rap back in tha day; that’s what it reminds me of! My Rating: 4.7


06. “U Don’t Want No Drama”
Tight title here and tha length iz almost six minutes long!! How will I like dis one? >>> Shit, yea!! Luv tha production in tha beginning here!! Okay, you’re doin’ tha damn thang on tha hook here!! This iz just SOOOOO GR8 when it comes ta dat undaground Louisiana Rap shit in Alexandria!! Tha 1st verse from you’s REAL TIGHT wit all tha shit you spittin’ fa tha streetz and how you deliverin’ tha catchy-ass rhymes!! Okay, I’m hearin’ tha “Round 1: … Round 2:” shit in tha hook and it’s DEFINITELY TIGHT!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ pretty good once again from you; consistent shit here!! You’re on tha 3rd verse here and it’s soundin’ pretty NICE fa you ta hold tha WHOLE song down!!! REAL NICE job here, ya dig!! Damn, this iz a long beat outro… Oh, you repeated tha hook outta nowhere so dat’s a plus! My Rating: 4.8


07. “Get Dis Money, Daddy”
This should keep thangz goin’!! >>> LOL @ tha kid start! Catchy hook here, lol! Tha volume sounds a lil’ low on this one too… You’re doin’ a nice job on tha 1st verse here wit your consistent thoughts brought to tha table! Tha 2nd verse sounds consistent once again; keep tha shit comin’!! Tha 3rd verse iz cool fa what it iz, ya dig? That hook just HAS ME ROLLIN’!!! My Rating: 4.4


08. “Alexandria ‘Bout 2 Clown” Feat. (Not Boy$)
I like dis title, ya heard me? Show dat representation some luv!! >>> Good beat start and yea, where “A-Town” started!! I like tha “A-L-E-X-A-N-D-R-I-A” spellin’ in tha hook too; catchy-ass shit!! Sounds like tha (Not Boy$) in tha 1st verse here; good shit to tha fullest!! It’s all about keepin’ dat 318 motivation up!! You’re on tha 2nd verse here and yea, you were 36 at tha time since it was a year ago… Consistent shit; you have a GR8 voice fa dis undaground shit!! “Alexandria” has a future!! Tha 3rd verse iz more of dat Not Boy$-type shit; good shit, especially tha “hit like thunder” shit at tha end! You’re on tha end here or betta yet, sounds like a 4th verse! Very quick rappin’ and sounds REAL NICE!! My Rating: 4.7


09. “Lil’ Friend” Feat. (Not Boy$)
How will this turn out? >>> I dunno what ta say at first but tha beat’s real catchy… Tha 1st verse’s good; you doin’ ya thang here… Okay, this iz more about tha “chrome;” I see… Tha 2nd verse sounds like one of tha (Not Boy$) and I’m likin’ dis “ready ta attack” shit! LOL @ tha “banana” or whateva shit dat was; I liked tha way it was rapped! LOL, this was a shorter song compared to others… My Rating: 4.3


10. “Make A Way” Feat. (Not Boy$)
I had to rip dis (and tha 1st song) ‘cause they didn’t work in tha folder… >>> I really like dis old-ass production here!! Because I ripped it, I was able ta turn up tha volume ‘cause tha volume was a lil’ on tha low side… Tha hook sounds like somethin’ I wouldn’t really go for but you REALLY make it sound GR8 wit tha way you deliver tha rhymes!! Tha 1st verse sounds good wit tha (Not Boy$)! You’re on tha 2nd verse and it sounds like you’re deliverin’ those good-ass rhymes!! You’re on tha 3rd verse once again and naw, not really, you’re “not in this world alone;” people like me support you to tha fullest!! My Rating: 4.5


½time: Damn, this CD’s just REAL, REAL HOT so far!!! Didn’t expect a 4.6 average CD rating so far!!! REALLY LUVIN’ tha old-soundin’ production and you just have dat voice and list of topics dat REALLY hold it down, ya heard me?!?


11. “Thug Song” Feat. (Not Boy$)
Let’s keep it goin’!! >>> Good, old-soundin’ production and tha hook’s cool; hood shit to tha fullest!! Tha 1st verse’s gangsta at its finest!! Tha 2nd verse iz REALLY what’s up wit tha fast-ass rappin’!!! You’re on tha 3rd verse here and this song iz different: “play a thug song, not a club song” when it comes ta tha DJ. Nice job wit your verse and makin’ this shit sound catchy! My Rating: 4.3


12. “Don’t Stop” Feat. (Not Boy$)
That’s DEFINITELY my advice when it comes ta these reviewz and supportin’ people!! >>> A “shakin’-dat-ass”-type song and I’m feelin’ it!! You REALLY are a king when it comes ta holdin’ down tha hook!! Tha king of Alexandria iz you, Captain; fuckin’ luv you, ya dig!! LOL @ how you sound on tha 1st verse; cheating style? Sounds like a (Not Boy) on tha 2nd verse, keepin’ this shit real catchy fa tha hoes! Tha 3rd verse iz you and it sounds gr8 wit tha explicit shit although it’s kinda an obsession and a lil’ too far when tha “club pauses for an ass,” lol? My Rating: 4.2


13. “She My Queen”
I like tha “queen” part in tha title; I think you gon hold it down here! >>> Nice, old-soundin’ beat again so you know this sounds good for a start!! Nice job wit tha catchy hook as for luvin’ someone… Tha 1st verse sounds good here. However, it’s more “cocaine cowboy” like Big Fancy ‘cause he’s known fa dat “I-10 Cowboy” song in Baton Rouge! Tha 2nd verse ain’t too bad… Sounds like a bridge towards tha end but then again, there’s still at least anotha minute left? Kinda long fa a bridge… My Rating: 3.8


14. “Gettin’ Real Money”
LOL @ this title; let’s see what you got… >>> LOL, HOT beat sound and tha hook’s DEFINITELY soundin’ pretty energetic and near-Crunk!! You’re “puttin’ it on fa err-body” on this track and what you do, ya heard me?!? Nothin’ but TIGHTNESS!!! LOL, in tha beginning of tha 2nd verse, it sounded like a mouse-click outta nowhere! Funny on this Crunk-soundin’ song!! Regardless, it’s DEFINITELY a GR8 2nd verse and a NICE track, overall!! My Rating: 4.6


15. “On My Dick”
What tha…? >>> Beat’s cool; I see why you made a song like dis… Just an aight 1st verse; I thought you weren’t “single”? I don’t think I know many 36 year-old rappers that have a sex drive this high in music, lol… Kinda a silly song fa me so I really don’t have a comment… My Rating: 3.7


16. “ICU Looking”
LOL @ havin’ “I see you” as an “ICU,” lol!! Interestin’ so maybe, they’re “looking” in tha “ICU,” lol? >>> Cool beat sound here for tha beginning… Tha 1st verse’s not bad; interestin’ wit how it sounds when you deliver tha rhymes on this beat. Okay, tha hook sounds catchy; kinda sounds like some shit I can hear easily… Tha 2nd verse’s keepin’ it goin’ here… Tha 3rd verse’s makin’ this sound like a jam so it’s pretty good… My Rating: 4.1


17. “Let Me Live My Life”
What I gon hear? >>> Ooh, a beat tag and tha beat’s pretty tight here! You’re REALLY holdin’ down tha hook as to where I give it a BIG, fat A!! Tha 1st verse iz you just strictly holdin’ it down fa yaself, which iz a plus! Keep this shit goin’, big dawg!! An interestin’ flow in tha 2nd verse here; nice job wit this shit, ya dig? You keepin’ tha catchy flow goin’ in tha 3rd verse too; thumbs up! My Rating: 4.4


18. “A-Town B Ballin’” Feat. (Not Boy$)
Interestin’ wit tha letters so you KNOW I gon look forward ta dis!! >>> Huh @ tha R&B start? Tha title looks more like it would go hard than soft? It’s still pretty catchy though… Sounds like some (Not Boy)-type shit in tha 1st verse here; good rappin’! Oh, I hear tha title closer and I thought it had ta do wit “B-ballin’” (like “B-”Boy, lol; but, it’s “be”)… Tha 2nd verse sounds like some good, fast rappin’! Pretty good here… You’re on tha 3rd verse here and tha fast rappin’ iz helpin’ here; catchy shit! Even a 4th verse here from you and it sounds like dat fast-rapped ending from one of tha earlier songs on here!! Actually, I think it iz dat same part ‘cause I heard tha “pop a pill” shit; interestin’ resurrection! Huh? Tha fade-out’s startin’ @ :42 left? Weird, yet, early… That lead to 16 seconds of silence… My Rating: 4.4

Looks like tha R&B flava gon continue? >>> Slow start; I hear (Not Girl$) in tha hook here… This iz kinda catchy but aight fa me… You’re pretty good wit tha rappin’ on tha 1st verse, just doin’ ya thang… Not Girl$-type rappin’ on tha 2nd verse here from tha female; good and consistent… You’re on tha 3rd verse and lol, you, “sank tha Titanic!” Nice lil’ verse from you… My Rating: 4.0


20. “Text Me Dat Pussy”
What a way ta end this, lol! >>> Tha beat’s cool here; funny kinda title wit a deeper topic as it iz! Nice job on tha hook; let’s see how you do on tha 1st verse… Sounds a lil’ too addictin’ here on tha 1st verse; lol @ tha “MySpace” shit… Tha rappin’ sounds a lil’ shitty at times (e.g., “Mike Jones” and how tha flow sounds), almost like a mainstream song fa me… Damn @ all tha shit in tha 2nd verse; there’s no such thing as “goin’ too far,” lol? Tha 3rd verse has a shitty start wit tha “tryna fuck every girl in tha world” ‘cause it sounds like you’re just absorbed into a stupid Wayne quote or somethin’… Cool beat here but tha lyrics just are trash to me. My Rating: 3.6


Overall: VERY HOT CD here!!! Much betta than I expected!! I didn’t realize y’all had this REAL GR8 production behind you as well as tha catchy-ass soundin’ songs!!! Keep up tha GR8 work!! I still got two mo reviewz comin’ up fa you!!
