Disclaimer:
I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Intro”
Producer: Devestator
>>> Nice lil’ intro & way ta hype tha people up… Hearin’ tha verse & it sounds nice ta listen to, as far as this undaground, Louisiana rap shit…! Great job with this shit, includin’ tha 2nd dude on tha verse, strictly spittin’ from tha Roe! Hearin’ what tha 3rd & 4th parts of tha verse have ta offer & it’s dope; gotta feel it! “Inhale it like some doulja”; huh bruh! My Rating: 4.0

02. “We Don’t Play” feat. Ska Face & Al Capone
Producer: Al (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ beat fa tha undaground, here; lay it down… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s that good street shit fa them undaground headz, here…; “leave ‘em crispy” iz right! Also, “run” ‘em “like license plates”; deep, lol. Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse & I’m feelin’ tha southern swag; strictly from tha streetz of tha dark, here! Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ nice ta hear from a gangsta…; keep pushin’! Got tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse, here & tha flow/voice iz pretty gutta; consistently stayin’ focused! My Rating: 4.3

03. “Creepin’”
Producer: Devestator
>>> A slower beat fa tha gangstaz, here; feelin’ tha vibe, especially its underground essence… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a good gangsta tale; keep “Creepin’” on ‘em! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds good with this random chick singin’ tha title part; props fa tha darkness! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds like cool rappin’; can’t deny it, here… Keepin’ tha rhymes goin’ on tha 2nd verse & tha faster rappin’ & tongue-tied flows are dope ta hear! Keep spittin’, like saliva! My Rating: 4.2

04. “Thug Bitch”
Producer: Al (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> A good convo with this chick “off this blunt”… This sounds good with tha intro but sounds like it’s gonna be a slow jam fa tha ladies? Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a cool flow with how tha end of each line iz a note bein’ held. However, will I be able ta keep my interest in this slow jam? Got a chick rappin’ on tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, here, comin’ through with regular rappin’; nothin’ special, here… Hearin’ tha hook, here & it’s a good lil’ track fa tha bed, basically; what else ta say, here? Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd verse & it ain’t bad; cool lil’ flow/voice, once again. Tha other dude on tha 2nd verse sounds a lil’ deeper on tha voice, deliverin’ more of a gangsta-like sound; not bad, overall… My Rating: 3.5

05. “Git Yo Ass Up” feat. Ol’ Dirty
Producer: Devestator
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ beat; not bad ta chill in tha hood, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a good lil’ contribution from y’all; keep it movin’… Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds good, too; gotta bring tha energy outta tha lazy ones! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds like a chick? Young dude? “She said her name was…”; okay, it’s a dude, as I ain’t recognize their age range or sound, at first… Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse & it sounds good with how y’all gettin’ thru a day in tha Roe, here… Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 3rd verse & it sounds good, too; just keep spittin’ tha fax, basically… My Rating: 4.1

06. “Heat” feat. Kilo
Producer: Al (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> Cool lil’ beat start, here; sounds like a lost, dark night in tha Roe. Too bad I can’t say, “Snowy” ‘cause most of tha tyme, Monroe don’t get snow… Likin’ tha “H-E-A-T from tha streets of tha R-O-to-tha-E” shit in tha hook, as a way to express tha album title; good shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty nice with tha “caffeine”-infused verse; good shit! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse on this track & it sounds a lil’ deeper with tha flow/voice; still, a good-soundin’ verse fa tha Gz out there… Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it sounds like some gritty shit from tha Boot, here; good voice ta express life in tha hood, here…! Tha 2nd dude on tha 3rd verse has a deeper-soundin’ voice ta express more of tha gangsta side of shit, here; keep that eye on that “infrared”! Nice “narcotics” & “targets” rhyme, too; G-A-to-tha-N-G-sta at its finest! My Rating: 4.4

07. Interview
Producer: Devestator
>>> Sounds like they caught y’all at a random tyme, in tha mist of a bunch of people in tha crowd? I’m glad “Black Mophia” means “family” to y’all, here; props fa reppin’… How many points outta a 5.0 will I “give this album”? We’ll find out in tha next hour! My Rating: N/A

08. “U Betta Get Ready” feat. Spice 1
Producer: Ray (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> Beat ain’t bad, here; sounds a lil’ like it fits in tha mainstream of tha ‘90s? Tha hook aight; simple & put to “get ready,” basically. Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good; “independent” iz tha way to be! Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse & it’s pretty gutta: “Disconnect yo cable”; deep…, lol. Also, consistent rhymes, lettin’ it be known ta not fuck wit dat Roe! Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ like it’s a good set of consistent rhymes fa tha street, here; watch dem “bullets”! Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse & it’s mo gangsta fa yo ears of tha Louisiana lifestyle; good shit…! Anotha part of tha 2nd verse, here? Tha 3rd part of tha 2nd verse iz pretty cool with this voice, undeniable flow & strictly reppin’ tha south; can’t deny it! Tha “swamp” iz where it’s at! My Rating: 4.2

½tyme: Sounds like some good heat from tha Roe, as tha Black Mophia Clan boyz continue ta release heat to tha streetz; good shit, y’all! Y’all continue ta have tha rhymes on lock, as well as tha quality beats for tha 318, here! Keep it goin’; a 4.1 iz tha average rating score, currently!

09. “Back & Forth”
Producer: Devestator
>>> Sounds more like a West Coast-soundin’ style in tha beat, here; let’s see how much I can feel it… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & tha rhymes ain’t bad, here; iz that a cowbell or some sorta bird call in tha beat? The Good, The Bad & The Ugly? Hearin’ tha hook & it ain’t bad; nothin’ too-too special ‘bout it, tho. Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds aight with this voice that reminds me of a different-soundin’ dude… Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse & yeah, I feel tha West Coast-soundin’ flow on this part; not my favorite but I’ll give it a plus. Oh boy, a 3rd part of tha 2nd verse, here…; sounds like a decent/good flow, once again. Now, a 4th part of tha 2nd verse…; sounds like an okay contribution, as well. Also, some “da-da-da…” shit ta add to tha last hook; a lil’ catchier, I hear… My Rating: 3.7

10. “Ride Or Die”
Producer: Devestator & Red
>>> Sounds like anotha production inspired by tha west, here…; hearin’ tha 1st verse & it cool with tha upbeat delivery… Hearin’ tha hook & it’s pretty nice; keep reppin’ tha Roe strong… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & tha voice reminds me a lil’ of a C-Murder; props fa tha “streets” luv, here… Anotha dude on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through with some regular-soundin’ rhymes; I digz it… Got tha 3rd verse goin’ on, here & it’s a faster-delivered flow; good shit…! My Rating: 3.9

11. “No Way Out The Game” feat. Spanky Da Rascal
Producer: Devestator
>>> A lil’ slow & sappy with how this sounds…; beat’s slow & tha female on tha hook sounds like she’s trapped. Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad, even tho I doze off when I hear about tha struggle… Keepin’ it movin’ with tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, here, soundin’ good with their flow & all. However, it sounded more like anotha hook? Thought tha chick was on tha hook? I’m a lil’ confused… Hearin’ more come outta this & tha 2nd verse str8; seems like so many different people on one big verse? Got anotha dude on tha 2nd verse & it ain’t bad; good gangsta tale but it seems like tha verse takes too long to complete. Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it sounds like a nice lil’ dark flow & tha content, itself; not bad, overall. Unfortunately, we always have ta “just suck it up,” when it comes to gettin’ thru bullshit; props fa lettin’ it be known, here. Likin’ how tha chick comes back on tha outro, here; sounds just above average, overall. My Rating: 3.8

12. “Monroe City 2 Da Bay (Spice 1 Interlude)” (Spice 1)
Producer: Al (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> Sounds like an okay beat… Okay, I hear rappin’; good job with tha rappin’, Spice 1! Props fa goin’ to “Monroe City”, str8 from “The Bay”, Spice! Though just an interlude, I will rate it, due to its rappin’. My Rating: 4.1

13. “If U Got It”
Producer: Ray (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> Diggin’ tha eerie beat, here! Ooh, tha hook sounds nice with tha chick & how y’all come through, here! Luv tha dark sound!! “Shmoke it, if you got it; shmoke it, if you got it! Pop it, if you got it; pop it, if you got it!” Can’t wait ta hear how y’all gon tear tha verses up!! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s soundin’ consistent with tha rhymes; huh bruh…! Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse & it’s soundin’ a lil’ too laidback. I thought there would be more aggression applied? We’ll have ta see how tha rest of this goes… Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd verse & it sounds a lil’ bit like a cool delivery; I still expect ta hear more aggression on this beat, tho. Would I admit that tha lack of aggression also goes with how tha beat doesn’t sound eerie durin’ tha verses? Shame… Still, it sounds good; likin’ how tha flow changed up to a catchier vibe, toward tha end of tha 1st part of tha 2nd verse. Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse & it sounds like anotha young dude from tha clan, here…; just a decent verse on a good beat, basically. Now, we save tha eerie sound of tha beat for a beat outro? Rhymeless… My Rating: 4.4

14. “1 Wish 2 Many”
Producer: Devestator
>>> I’ono if I should take this as a dark start or a sappy start, based off this hook…? Sounds a lil’ dark with tha background vocals repeatin’ tha title part; I’ll give it a 50/50 split between dark & sappy. Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good with this content from tha streetz; keep it movin’…! Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, here & it sounds like a regular-type of flow; I’m diggin’ tha consistent rhymes, tho. Sounds like tha younger dude iz on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through with consistent rhymes, as well. Wasn’t too sure if I was gon really feel tha verse & flow but tha consistent rhymes help my interest, here. Sounds like a deeper, slower-soundin’ 2nd part of tha 3rd verse goin’ on, here; seems like an okay contribution, basically… My Rating: 3.7

15. “Chiefin’, Drinkin’ Brew” feat. Cynnie Edwards
Producer: Ray (Beats How You Want’em)
>>> Sounds like a slow jam with a lil’ bit of a faster beat, courtesy of this lady singin’ on tha hook… She’s remakin’ Madonna’s “Into The Groove” with her singin’; ear-catcher, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a good lil’ dark perspective of rappin’ & vibin’, here; good shit… Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through with consistent rhymes; props fa tha consistency! “Sandwich […] damage!” Sounds like tha younger dude iz on tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse, here… Not as consistent as tha dude on tha 1st part of tha 2nd verse but tha rapid-soundin’ flowin’ ain’t that bad, as well. Still luv how tha chick on tha hook turns Madonna’s lyrics into “Tonight, I wanna shmoke with someone else! Chiefin’, drinkin’ brew”; catchy! My Rating: 4.3

16. “On The Rebound” feat. Ol’ Dirty
Producer: Ray (Beats How You Want’em)
Oh boy, a track that’s 5:56 long…! >>> Oh no! “Slow it down”? This may drag too long…! Tha hook sounds clashy, between tha chick singin’ & tha dude tryna sing in tha background, too; yuck…! Tha “on & on…” part also reminds me of Zhane “Hey Mr. DJ”, with their chorus part; hmm… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & there’s rapid rappin’ on this? Surprise? Sounds great with tha constant rappin’; not too sure how I’ll adapt to tha track, overall… Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ so much softer with tha flow; weird combo with tha fast rappin’… It’s as if dude’s tryna be quiet while rappin’; ick? Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s even calmer with this young-soundin’ dude? I’ono about all these relaxed-soundin’ flows… My Rating: 2.7

17. “U Betta Get Ready (Thug Version)” feat. Spice 1
Producer: Ray (Beats How You Want’em)
Same as #08…? >>> Still sounds like a cool version; I’ono how much different this seems fa me, except some of tha sounds in tha beat… Basically, I feel tha same about this from tha original version. My Rating: 4.2

Overall: Y’all put together a dope lil’ album, here; props on most of tha jointz & contributions. Not much else ta say, here, except to keep grindin’ fa dat 318!
