Oh
boy! My next review iz for Boosie!
Tha Youngest
Of Da Camp release I’m up to, released in 2000 on C-Loc Records! If
only I woulda done four more reviewz b4 this one, this woulda been tha same
review count as Boosie’s birthyear! It’s all good, tho; we’re goin’ back to
that 17-year-old, almost-18-year-old Boosie, here…! Start Tyme: 11:50 AM | End Tyme:
12:37 PM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song;
anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m
listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have
auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider
‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

Sounds like some good shit fa dat Rouge, courtesy of tha 2-Triple-0! Good shit
that you’re rappin’ on, Boosie; feelin’ your 225 street perspective as a
17-year-old! Diggin’ tha Baton Rouge hoods in
tha mix, too: “Zion
City”; gotta dig it! I
like how this ended with a train; good goin’, Boosie! My Rating: 4.4

“Feel Lucky” feat. Max Minelli
Producer:
C-Loc
>>>
Sounds like a dope lil’ hook; feelin’ tha brighter but still dark side of C-Loc
on tha beat, too! Hearin’ what you got goin’ on with tha 1st verse
& it’s pretty dope; so glad you’ve witnessed tha streetz at an early age to
express tha experiences in these tracks! Tha world needs you, Boosie,
especially tha Rouge! Got Max Minelli comin’ through on tha 2nd
verse, strictly comin’ through wit that street shit! Now, unlike you, Boosie,
if I did just one review b4 this one, my review count would be up to Max’s
birthyear, instead! Facts! Good goin’, Max; props fa collabin’ wit Boosie!
Keepin’ this goin’ with you on tha 3rd verse, here, continuously
“thuggin’ tha block”; gotta dig it! Wish your 10-month-older cousin, Doe-Doe,
was as successful as you; glad he holds a spot in my Louisiana heart for success! My Rating: 4.4
03.
“It’s Goin’ Down”
Producer:
Happy P
>>>
Sounds like a good lil’ street vibe, here; feelin’ what you bringin’ on tha 1st
verse, here… It’s all about tha quality street content; gotta dig it! Also,
that beat sound at 0:27; gotta luv tha south! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s nice;
keep reppin’ dat “4” & dat “SSB”! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse &
you keepin’ tha street heat comin’; gotta respect you to tha fullest! Keepin’
tha track goin’ with tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ nice wit how you
handle tha streetz; keep dem “eyez” open, “tired” or not! It’s all about tha
grind! My Rating: 4.1
04.
“Pop It On Me” feat. Max Minelli
Producer:
C-Loc
>>>
Sounds like a nice club banga, as if Mouse woulda made if he was producin’ fa
you in 2000…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s soundin’ like a nice,
laidback flow from you, mixed with this club vibe from Loc on tha beat… Hearin’
tha hook & it sounds nice ta hear, here; what else can you expect from a
2000 club banga? Props fa bringin’ tha “thug” style to tha clubz, here, 225
style! Speakin’ of thugz, here comes
Max Minelli on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit his consistent
rhymes; gotta respect how he depicts what he sees in B.R.! Feelin’ what you
bringin’ to tha table on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through wit
that good dose fa tha ladies, here; good shit, Boosie. My Rating: 4.2
05.
“That Night”
Producer: C-Loc
Producer: C-Loc
>>>
Beat sounds nice from Loc, here, as well as tha shit you bring to tha table,
here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & you comin’ through with a regular-soundin’
flow & good content for tha streetz; good shit. Hearin’ tha hook & it
sounds catchy; not too sure how to fit it in with tha track but it’s still
cool. Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds tha same as tha 1st
verse fa me, here; keep goin’, Boo… Re-Hearin’ tha hook again & it sounds
catchy with how you say tha title part; sounds like tha early stages of tha
Webbie, Boosie & Mouse collabz! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it
sounds good wit how you really want
this sex; good but damn, “Beefin’”? Err-body always gotta encounter beef!
Also, “2002 all about Boo,” huh? We’ll see how your music sounds when I get ta
’02 in my reviewz, one day! My Rating: 4.0

“I Thought Ya Knew”
Producer: C-Loc
Producer: C-Loc
>>>
Sounds like anotha good but interestingly-mysterious beat that Loc produced,
here…! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds good; can’t complain with how you
handle this beat… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a good
depiction of tha streetz, courtesy of your Rouge-ass. Keepin’ this shit movin’
with tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through with mo shit ta enjoy; good
shit. “Carolina
to tha levee, boy”; I love tha B.R. “levee,” Boosie! Can’t wait ta see it again
in three weeks! Lol, you really
luvin’ that “2002” future, huh? Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 3rd
verse, here, comin’ through with tha street side of Boosie; good shit… My Rating: 3.8

“It Don’t Matta” feat. Concentration Camp
Producer: C-Loc
Producer: C-Loc
>>>
Sounds like a good lil’ beat, here; that B.R. street shit from Loc on tha beat
& you on tha hook, here…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse from you &
I’m diggin’ how you “tha worst in [yo] click,” when it comes to your attitude;
keep bein’ tha animal you iz! You always
a beast in da streetz! It’s you again, on tha 2nd verse? Sounds like
a slightly-different voice but still sounds young… Either way, it’s still a
good contribution; keep tha streetz on lock…! Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 3rd
verse, here, C-Camp’s Max Minelli; good shit, Max! Glad Max’s 21-year-old-ass
iz fully focused, here! Got tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse,
here, from anotha contributor…; iz that J-Von? Either way, anotha great job
from Baton Rouge’s
streetz! Likin’ all tha title parts applied to tha 2nd part of tha 3rd
verse; good goin’! My Rating: 4.3
½tyme: You doin’ yo shit,
Boosie; I would neva doubt you, ya
feel me? Currently, this release iz at an average rating of a 4.2,
right now; let’s keep it up, Biggy-Biggy-Boosie!

Sounds like anotha good beat ta rap on; tha south iz here ta stay! Here you are
on tha 1st verse, Boosie, comin’ through, livin’ a good life in tha
streetz fa tha 2-Triple-0; huh bruh…! “Follow me, I got tha ticket”; good shit
on tha hook, Boosie! Glad I already got my G-Pass
to tha hood of Baton Rouge,
Boosie; I already got my “ticket”!
Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds pretty nice with what you keep
hittin’ our ears with; stay focused! My
Rating: 4.3

“Same Ol’ Shit” feat. Max Minelli
Producer:
Happy P
>>>
Sounds like a cool lil’ beat intro from P, here… Hearin’ you on tha 1st
verse & it sounds like some good quality fa tha streetz, here; you know
what it iz, Boosie…! Hearin’ tha hook from you & I agree: it’s tha “Same
Ol’ Shit”, when it comes to peeps seein’ you “shine.” I’m startin’ ta see that,
now that I released my 3rd album, recently. It’s like, a lotta
people wanna try & be on my dick or somethin’. Anyway, hearin’ you on tha 2nd
verse & you sound good with tha street shit you continuin’ to bring to tha
table… Keepin’ this movin’ with Max on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’
through with tha life story of a “G”; gotta respect it, once again! Glad he has “tha gas like a tank”; we gotta puff
soon, Max! At 3:03, Max said a name & it was censored, in reverse; wonder
what dat was? Seems like a dude that was originally cool wit Max but turned
their back on him, right as this album was tryna get finished? I’ono… My Rating: 4.2
10.
“Watch ‘Em” feat. Max Minelli & C-Loc
Producer:
C-Loc
>>>
Sounds like anotha nice beat, this tyme from Loc; let’s get it! Hearin’ tha 1st
verse from Max & it’s pretty nice with what he bringin’, here; all about
tha streetz, Rouge style! Hearin’ tha hook from you, Boosie & I’m diggin’
what you spittin’! “It ain’t about no age, mane, it’s strictly how you raised”;
true dat, Boosie! I always feel like I develop a decade slower (e.g., I feel 22
years-old, right nah), due to my Asperger’s Syndrome. I’m glad I can connect
with all tha ‘80s babies like you, tho; let’s continue to get it! Hearin’ you
on tha 2nd verse & you fully focused with what you bringin’,
here; strictly gangsta in tha content! Can’t deny Boosie! Got BiggDawg on tha 3rd
verse, here, comin’ through wit his legendary street content…! That’s right,
“legendary”! Loc been legendary & this iz Loc 21 years ago! Great
contribution, includin’ that after tha 3rd verse, tha beat just
continued ta ride out…! My Rating: 4.5
11.
“Young Niggaz” feat. Donkey
Producer:
C-Loc
>>>
Beat sounds nice & clubby, here; let’s get it, Loc, Boosie & Donkey…!
Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty nice with what you’re
bringin’, here; nothin’ but quality, gangsta shit, here! Hearin’ tha hook &
it’s soundin’ like a good lil’ hook; always gotta be “young”! Hearin’ Donkey on
tha 2nd verse, here & he comin’ through like a Baton Rouge animal; gotta feel it! Prolly
coulda had him a lil’ more aggressive on tha flow but his content &
contribution shows its true Baton
Rouge colors, at least! Hearin’ tha 3rd
verse & it’s tha Donkey dude, again? Y’all really blend in nicely ‘cause it’s that life of tha
Rouge, basically! “Me, Donkey & Boosie”; but, who’s “me,” exactly? *Checks*
Even on tha outro, I couldn’t exactly tell; guess they’ll just be a mystery? My Rating: 4.1
12.
“My Life”
Producer: C-Loc
Producer: C-Loc
>>>
Sounds like a nice beat from Loc, here; keep holdin’ it down, y’all…! Hearin’
tha 1st verse & you droppin’ dat heat fa tha streetz, as alwayz!
Hearin’ tha hook right nah & it sounds good wit how you define your “life,” on this track; keep it
comin’! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & you got your autobiography on
lock, here; glad you have a legacy of longevity, Boosie! Keepin’ it movin’ with
tha 3rd verse, here & it sounds aight/good; glad you got a lot
in “life”…! My Rating: 3.7
13.
“I Got Dat Slap” feat. Max Minelli
Producer:
Russell Lee
>>>
Sounds like a dope beat from Russ, here, as well as Max on tha intro &
hook; keep slappin’ wit dat “slap”!
Here you come on tha 1st verse, Boosie, kickin’ it off with tha life
of a dope celebrity; good shit, Boosie… Keepin’ this thang movin’ with tha 2nd
verse from Max, here, comin’ through with a regular-soundin’ flow but with tha
content for tha streetz; good shit. Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s
more Max, here, comin’ through with some mo shit that sounds good; gotta dig
it… My Rating: 4.0
