Time fa anotha Monsta review although tha description says there’s a bunch of R&B samples? I don’t know how anticipated I’ll be but here’s my review for his “Blak Heart Attack: The Mixtape (Hosted by Ross P)” CD. Start Time: 10:54 AM | End Time: 12:01 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Number One”
Yup, first joint here, lol. >>> LOL, it sounded like a quick start, lol. Good mixin’ of your songs! Okay, now, I hear Ross P in tha beginning, speakin’… Sounds like an Usher song? You’re here on tha 1st verse, finally, and it sounds like you deliverin’ good rhymes… A whole verse, lol? My Rating: 3.1
02. “Again & Again”
Uh oh, might be really explicit, lol? >>> John Legend kinda song, lol? Okay for your part… Good phone call at tha end. My Rating: 3.0
03. “Prototype” Feat. Bookie Blak
Who’s tha feature? Kinda small on tha back cover. Iz this tha Outkast beat? >>> Okay, good, it iz. Sounds like a Lil’ Wayne voice on tha 1st verse, lol? This iz interestin’ fa what it iz… Okay, I spelled tha featured artist right; he did a pretty good job. My Rating: 3.4
04. “Forgive Me” Feat. J Miles
>>> LOL, I recognized this Maxwell song ‘cause Music Choice Dance plays an R&B-Dance mix late at night; pretty good choice here… Good rhymes here; I feel like this CD’s just gettin’ betta lil’ by lil’… My Rating: 3.8
05. “Miss You” Feat. Nikki B & J Miles
Let’s see this one… >>> Okay, tha Angie Stone song dat was big in ’02 (mainly tha Dance mix as everyone knows it by). Tha Nikki gurl sounded like she collaborated good for you here… My Rating: 3.5
06. “Going Crazy” Feat. Tion
Iz this tha Natalie song? >>> Sounds like a slowed version of it… It kinda iz but tha vocals are pitched up in tha hook? Catchy 2nd verse from you here… My Rating: 3.7
07. “Complicated” Feat. J Miles
>>> Raining start… Sounds like a Nivea song now. I think this was her album name from ‘04/’05? Okay song wit a good call at tha end too… My Rating: 3.2
½time: For an R&B-type album, it’s good, although it ain’t fuckin’ wit Sade, lol! A 3.4 average CD rating so far…
08. “Re-Invented Sex” Feat. J Miles
Let’s see this Trey Songz song. >>> Sounds like him in tha beginning? Do you guys just blend your voices together or somethin’? I really like this rappin’ on tha 3rd verse from you; good shit! My Rating: 3.5
09. “Flex”
>>> Ooh, tha Reggae song; good choice. You sound good wit tha Jamaican vocals too on tha 1st verse. LOL, here’s tha hook! Tha rest of it’s gr8 too, ya dig! I like all these phone calls at tha end once again! My Rating: 4.1
10. “Weekend Lover” Feat. J Miles
>>> Good start wit tha rhymes. Sounds good for a rendition of a Jamie Foxx song. I like how there was a pause in tha middle. My Rating: 3.7
11. “Desire”
If it was Utada, then it would be a “dirty desire,” lol! >>> Almost six minutes here; let’s see how this’ll hold it down… Nice and long and sounds good to fall asleep to… My Rating: 2.9
12. “Lights Off”
>>> A decent R&B song here; you are always catchy on these tracks! My Rating: 3.3
13. “Babi”
LOL @ tha “i;” how ‘bout some Sade soon? >>> Makes me think of their “Babyfather” song, lol. Sounds screwed or somethin’… GR8 “babi”-makin’ music, lol! My Rating: 3.6
14. “Whateva” Feat. J Miles
>>> “Last song?” What’s #15 then? I don’t know how anyone could get “a female” to “knock on your door/windows @ three in tha morning.” Sounds like a familiar R&B singer but I can’t think of who it iz… Pretty good ending song… My Rating: 3.4
15. “Mr. Radio”
Let’s see this… >>> I thought it was a “radio” edit tha 1st time I saw tha title… I didn’t think this was gonna be a song but it sounds pretty smooth for an actual ending. My Rating: 2.8
Overall: Not bad… Pretty good for an R&B CD once again; interestin’ route you went wit dis…
