Reviewed on 3.01.2011 (Review #837)
Tryna get these reviewz ova wit for Spring Break 2011… Startin’ off tha month iz Big Head “King Dome (The Mixtape)”! I have ta say, you looked nice and high in dat “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It 2” DVD, Big Head, lol! Start Time: 5:21 PM | End Time: 5:45 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Thow’em Up”
SMH @ tha lower-case as well as tha comma, instead of tha apostrophe. Let’s get inta dis. >>> Good intro; sounds simple wit tha hook but sounds great when tha beat’s applied! Good job wit tha rappin’, too! My Rating: 4.2
02. “It Ain’t My Fault”
It’s “ain’t;” who did dis low-quality back cover? Aren’t you a lil’ bigger than fuckin’ wit lower-quality people? I can do a much-betta, much accurate job! I mean, tha front cover’s pretty tight wit tha crown and tha back’s pretty tight wit tha OTM sign, but tha text’s shitty. >>> “O Let’s Do It”… Tha content doesn’t sound like somethin’ interestin’; way too mainstream for me. “I’m 32;” tha lucky age fa people I fuck wit, now (33 fa 2011, now, lol)! My Rating: 2.7
03. “Na”
ROFL @ tha short title! >>> Tha beat sounds betta, here; likin’ tha energy in it. Tha rhymes are hella catchy, here! Some of tha lyrics are a lil’ too mainstream fa me, here, too, but this iz much betta than tha last song. Tha hook sounds pretty funny, lol. My Rating: 3.8
04. “Lee Lucas”
>>> No, not a Rick Ross-soundin’ song wit tha rappin’! Startin’ ta throw his flow wit tha Lil’ Wayne/Drake-typical shit. Sounds like someone else on tha rappin’, here, lol? Unless your voice iz a lil’ different? Must be ‘cause dat’s tha only voice on this song. Nothin’ ta say wit dis joint… My Rating: 2.9
05. “That South”
>>> I guess tha songs dat gon be off tha “King Dome” album gon be good! At least dis iz original—tha beat and tha way you deliver shit! Nice production and good rappin’, here. My Rating: 4.1
06. “Get It Baby”
>>> Beat intro sounds pretty catchy; must be a jacked beat ‘cause it’s pretty fast wit tha—oh, I hear tha actual beat now, lol. There are other fast beats out there; why do people always choose dis one? Pretty good wit how you come through on it. My Rating: 3.7
07. “King Dome”
>>> Like I said wit #4, smh. But, at least your flow ain’t like Drake. Tha rhymes sound betta-than-usual this time. My Rating: 3.6
08. “Use My Nine”
>>> Ugh, Jeezy, too; Plies, too; everyone sounds tha same/boring fa me, now. This iz a “mixtape” so I’ll give you credit fa duplicating tha flows at times. But, if it’s one I don’t like, I’ll let you know. Sounds like an aight song fa me, overall… My Rating: 3.3
09. “Babymama”
>>> LOL, a much betta, unexpected beat choice (“Soldier Of Love”)! I gon try ta pay attention ta dis… Tha lyrics are decent fa me; hope I gain some interest… Not bad, overall; lol @ tha hook! My Rating: 3.4
½time: A 3.5-rated mixtape fa me, I guess ‘cause it’s a “mixtape”…
10. “I Appreciate U”
SMH, it’s “mama”, not “moma”! >>> Good beat, aight rappin’. This a lil’ short; must be a preview to tha album? My Rating: 3.8
11. “Fuck It”
>>> LOL, iz this an error wit tha “off tha album” thing ‘cause this iz not an original beat? Tha hook sounds catchy and tha flow sounds like Juvenile, lol. My Rating: 3.9
12. “Time Ta Go Hard”
Now, I see. Looks like a mix-up wit tha tracklisting; each # iz messed up by one, which makes this #13 on tha back cover but really #12 on tha CD. >>> Sounds like mixtape material; pretty good… My Rating: 3.6
13. “Ivy & Boosie”
LOL… >>> LOL @ this beat choice, too. For me, this iz decent; nothin’ really ta say but dedication, it sounds like. My Rating: 3.3
14. “Hustle”
>>> Since this iz a jacked beat, let’s see what one dis really iz… Damn, #16 on tha back cover and not #15. Oh well, at least you made dis betta than tha original wit tha content! My Rating: 3.4
15. “I Get It Off”
>>> A Guss beat; finally hearin’ some tags! Now, this iz tha #15 on tha back cover (“I Get It Off”). I’m likin’ how dis sounds, especially how you come through wit tha content. LOL, your scene from “Thuggin’ It & Lovin’ It 2” has been betta than this whole mixtape, lol. My Rating: 4.0
16. “Champion”
>>> A “C-Loc” shout out here. LOL, this one’s #9 on tha back cover (“Champion”); what a mix-up! Good beat, whateva dis iz, and tha hook’s nice, too. Good job wit how you comin’ through fa dis joint, too. My Rating: 3.9
17. “U’d Up & Tooled Up” Feat. Baby B
>>> Couldn’t tell dat beat tag but this iz tha correct #17 (“U’d Up & Tooled Up”); likin’ dat title and tha Baby B feature!! Interestin’ lyrics; has ta be tha best one on here! Lemme hear Ms. Brandi… LOL, mo gangsta than sexual, here. LOL, she said, “bruh,” too; gangsta gurl to tha fullest! My Rating: 4.3
18. “So I Live”
>>> SMH @ this beat for an ending beat, which iz not me. I can’t sit here; personal but not for me. My Rating: 2.1
Overall: Decent but not up-to-par for my iPod. I’m startin’ ta not put jacked beats on my iPod, anymore.
