Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

02. Lil’ Boosie & B.G. “U Don’t Wanna”
They got a new song together? >>> Definitely one of their catchiest; Boosie sounds like some newbie on tha hook, which sounds hella catchy. Gizzle’s reppin’ on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit some good shit! Boosie’s doin’ a nice job on tha 2nd verse, soundin’ a lil’ younger, somewhat? Good, gutta shit, here! My Rating: 4.5


03. Lil’ Wayne “We Back Soon”
>>> An okay, 2011 song from Weezy; decent beat, too. My Rating: 3.3


04. Level Feat. Mystikal, Mouse On Tha Track & Mz. Trill “Dumb Dick (Remix)”
Could’ve sworn I saw a remix somewhere; don’t remember Mystikal bein’ on this so dis should be pretty anticipatin’! >>> Yea, this sounds tha same. Tha remix I saw did not have Mystikal on this. Damn, Mystikal on a song like dis? This should be really tight, which it’s soundin’ like it, already!!! I rated this a 4.8 without Mystikal? This should be pretty up there, then! ROFL @ him and his crazy-ass!!! Once again, thumbs up fa Mouse addin’ his two cents, too! My Rating: 4.9


05. Wissel Feat. Level “Gucci (Remix)”
This looks anticipatin’… >>> Damn, they remade this song? Original version had Doe-Doe & Young Mac on it; I’ll put “remix” in tha ID since dat’s what it iz. Very hot song but I rather tha others be on this, too; no sense in takin’ them out! My Rating: 4.5


06. Young Problem “Get Paid”
Looks like a newbie fa me, which I’m lookin’ forward to. >>> Tha beat sounds consistent fa dis dude ta rap on; pretty good—it might even catch a mainstream audience. Tha hook’s a lil’ catchy; very cliché but whateva. Likin’ dat “smokin’ weed” part in tha hook! My Rating: 4.0


07. Delwin The Krazyman & Ceddybu “Get Cha Weight Up”
Ceddybu, not Ceddie Bu, lol. >>> Sounds like a lil’ New Orleans vibe, here; lol @ Delwin makin’ all your mixtapes. Very consistent, here; somethin’ dat could sound addictive, even though Delwin sounds like he’s copyin’ Level’s flow, this time. Sorry, Ceddy, but not a good start to tha 2nd verse; a lil’ ugh wit tha voice, this time, but overall, this iz jammin’. My Rating: 4.2


08. Ray Vicks “iPhone”
Heard this on tha mixtape you had wit Ray; definitely tight shit, here!! My Current Rating: 4.3


09. Lil’ Cali Feat. Level “In There”
Played this on tha radio Saturday and it was crazy!!! Despite all tha X-rated shit, I had ta play it!!! My Current Rating: 4.9


10. Ville Boyz “Right Na”
Do I know this? >>> I might but I can’t find it in my iTunes… Ironic dat they have a “Right Now” song and this iz “Right Na”, completely different and betta! Nothin’ but some good jamz; can’t deny it! My Rating: 4.1


11. Lil’ One The Champ “Mexicans”
ROFL, I don’t know this and it’s on here? >>> Likin’ tha long beat intro… Thought I’ve heard betta from him; this iz only aight… My Rating: 3.7


12. Dee-1 “Ride Wit Me”
>>> What’s up wit tha hella gay start??? Thought it was gonna be some wack-ass rapper when I heard tha beginning! Much betta from him although he’ll prolly never see my reviewz, again, like he did in ’08, smh; don’t like change—I like evolution!! Nice rating although a deduction for dat gay thing repeatin’ in tha hook! My Rating: 4.3


13. Calliope Var “Live Life Fast”
Glad he’s here, again. >>> Sounds good; too bad this iz short… My Rating: 3.7


½time: A 4.2-rated CD, currently; I’m definitely likin’ this, you know?


14. Lucci Lu & Lil’ Wayne “I’m Good”
Everytime I see this artist, I keep thinkin’ it’s tha female Reggae singer; wish it was! >>> Tha dude sounds like he’s a Birdman breed; not sure how interested I can be in this… For tha hook, I think it’s tha best thing in tha song due to its catchiness. Damn, even Lil’ Wayne’s soundin’ “good” on dis; what a positive combo, lol? My Rating: 3.8


16. Young Ready “Hold That Noise”
One of tha better songs from Young Ready’s “High Profile” CD! My Current Rating: 4.4


17. Supa Blanco “Crazy”
Don’t think I like this artist… >>> This song might be a catchy one, though. Good for tha mainstream but barely good fa me. My Rating: 3.6


18. Delwin The Krazyman Feat. T-Dub “Sex Fiend”
LOL, again wit him? >>> Tha beat start’s pretty hot, here, but what tha hell’s up wit tha gay-ass A-Tune?!? Lemme recover by hearin’ T-Dub… Yes, this iz what I wanna hear!! Catchy, even wit tha gay A-Tune! My Rating: 2.9


19. Savage Feat. Level & Lil’ Boosie “Beatin’ Up”
A coupla reviewz ‘til I get ta Savage’s new CD; will prolly hear this on there but I’ll hear it here, 1st! >>> Feelin’ tha Boosie sample on tha hook as well as tha Savage-produced beat! ROFL, Savage sounds entertainin’ on tha 1st verse, here; always luv what he does! LOL, gotta have Level on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit catchy-ass shit fa tha ladies, once again!! My Rating: 4.6


20. Curren$y Feat. JETS “Hold On”
Let’s see what dis iz about… >>> Sounds decent; not much ta say… Tha hook sounds good wit tha “lemme find somethin’ ta roll up on” part. Tha JETS people sound a lil’ calm on tha 2nd verse…; overall, decent. My Rating: 3.5


21. K. Gates Feat. Y. Luck, The Show & Dappa “Ooh La La”
Ooh, a K. Gates song wit a lineup! >>> Tha start scared me, at first, lol. Tha beat’s startin’ ta sound pretty-good; not bad wit tha 1st verse… Damn, tha hook’s a remake of The Fugees…; at least there’s some Jamaican style in it. The Show’s on tha 2nd verse and so far, he’s soundin’ tha best; gotta feel tha consistency! Tha 3rd verse sounds good, too, but nothin’ touches The Show on this! Nice job wit this collaboration; didn’t disappoint! My Rating: 3.9


22. Webbie “Free My Brother”
>>> LOL, started immediately and made me lol. This iz decent; prolly would’ve expected more outta tha flow or somethin’ ‘cause it doesn’t sound like he’s changin’ styles up on this song. My Rating: 3.6


23. Lil’ One The Champ “I Promise”
Again? >>> Damn, don’t let this mixtape go downhill… Sorry, not my style, regardless of tha above-average rhymes. My Rating: 3.2


24. Wissel “Only God Can Judge Me”
Thought I saw this somewhere; might’ve been a music video? >>> This can go wit tha Lil’ One The Champ song I just heard, even though this iz betta; feelin’ tha hook. Tha hook’s slowly catchin’ on wit dat “I’mma smoke all day” line! My Rating: 3.8


25. Ronny My “Can’t Be Life”
Prolly could’ve switched tha artists up, since Lil’ One, (current) Wissel & Ronny My sound nearly tha same? >>> I don’t see any catch wit this song… My Rating: 2.7


26. Down Bad “Off Of Game”
LOL, 1st 2011 song I played on my radio show. Neva reviewed it so lemme see what I say… >>> I think this iz catchy, in a way, between Jack on tha hook and Terror on tha 1st verse, here. Even some catchy shit comin’ outta tha 2nd verse, too. LOL, almost thought Jack was Cage, here, on tha 2nd verse; gotta feel tha vibe, here! JR’s on tha 3rd verse; more of dat good shit. My Current Rating: 4.2


Overall: Kinda sour toward tha end but at least tha 1st ½ got my attention; keep tha mixtapes up and I hope you like my latest mixtape compilation, “Tha Louisiana Archives Vol. 5: Evolving Into Spring”!
