Damn, not even 30 reviewz ‘til my 1,000th!! Could happen anyday, now! For now, here’s my 3rd review—971st, overall—for today: Black Mophia Clan “BMC 4 Life”! I thought they were gonna rep Baton Rouge wit tha “B” in tha album title (didn’t realize it was their name) but they’re reppin’ Monroe; 318, stand up!! Start Time: 9:43 PM | End Time: 10:08 PM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Intro”
What y’all got ta offer me? >>> Sounds like it gon be some of dat good, gangsta, paranoid-type shit dat I gon enjoy!! Pretty serious, spooky beat, here, as well as tha shit y’all bringin’ to tha table; nice flow, too! My Rating: 4.5


02. “BMC 4 Life”
Title track? Let’s see what gon be brought to tha table! >>> Beat’s definitely nice fa tha ’97 and tha rhymes are kick-ass! Glad y’all “don’t give a fuck;” thumbs up on tha great attitude! Tha hook’s pretty tight; good way y’all deliverin’ it wit tha catchy vocals, G-style! Damn, what a hot-ass 2nd verse!!!!! Tha rhymes are real fast and kick buku ass!!!!! Damn, dat 2nd verse definitely made me happy ta hear!!! My Rating: 4.7


03. “Reality (Street)”
Keepin’ it goin’…!! >>> Tha beat’s a lil’ smoother, here; tha previous productions sounded a lil’ betta. Tha rhymes are good; this flow iz only aight fa me, though… LOL @ tha pause in tha middle of tha song; that’s somethin’ interestin’! Tha 2nd verse sounds much betta; kinda like how I felt for tha 2nd verse on tha previous song! My Rating: 4.2


04. “Lock Down (Street)”
Anotha street version? Expectin’ anotha radio edit, prolly. >>> Tha beat’s good fa tha ‘90s Rap, here; tha rhymes sound good and are delivered in a great way, once again. Tha hook’s soundin’ pretty nice, here; I like tha title, so you know dis shit gon go hard! Sounds like tha great, ‘2nd verse’ dude on tha hook, which sounds tight; good shit! I’m likin’ this dude on this 2nd verse, here; good voice ta hold shit down! My Rating: 4.4


05. “Ghetto Soldier”
>>> Nice start, Monroe perspective style! Good deliveries, once again; tha rhymes are always interestin’ ta hear and y’all holdin’ it down! Tha hook sounds pretty smooth wit how y’all say tha title; good shit… Good job wit tha verses; nothin’ but quality music, here! Oh, tha hook sounds much betta now dat I’m rehearin’ it; gangsta shit, right chea!! My Rating: 4.3


06. “Gangsta Vibe”
A much-longer song wit 6:30ish on tha length? >>> Ooh, tha beat’s pretty nice and spooky, here; this gives me a plus fa what I’m about ta hear! Tha rhymes are delivered wit smooth vocals, here, and then, at 1:40, I’m hearin’ some regular-delivered rappin’; pretty catchy shit, here. For a long-ass song, y’all got buku verses, parts, etc., ta spit! LOL, this shit neva ends!!! “Here comes Lunatic;” great shit/great name!! My Rating: 4.5


07. “Rags On Locs”
>>> Nice beat start wit tha whisperin’; lookin’ forward ta hearin’ tha rest… Rhymes sound good and tha beat’s soundin’ betta! Y’all a definite, must-have fa dis ’97, huh? I feel ya! Nothin’ but some consistent verses and a catchy hook fa tha streetz; err-body in tha 318 had ta have luved dis!!! My Rating: 4.5


½time: This iz a tight-ass CD wit buku rhymes dat are real great!! Tha production iz real nice, too; y’all keep up dis shit!! Current CD Rating: 4.4


08. “Mass Murdern M.C.”
Looks like an interestin’ title… >>> Production flows good wit dis track… Ooh, tha rhymes are real consistent and tighter than a ma’fucka on tha 1st verse!!! I like how tha hook sounds; sounds like some older ‘90s!! Tha rest of dis shit’s soundin’ pretty nice; great voices ta hold tha underground down!! My Rating: 4.5

10. “Beautifully Done”
LOL @ tha word “beautifully”; I wonder what dis gon bring… >>> Sounds like a good song wit a catchy beat; good, real-in-action-type rhymes! Damn, tha hook’s pretty nice; lol, I thought this was gonna be beautiful fa certain people but dis iz some catchy shit! My Rating: 4.4


11. “Lyrical Joyride”
This iz a nice title… >>> Yes, definitely “lyrical”… and consistent, as always! Ooh, there’s a tight gurl on tha hook! Sounds like tha gurl from one of tha old Louisiana CDs dat goes, “get ya 9, get ya glock!!!” I’m likin’ some mo of tha shit dat’s goin’ on, here; nice shit wit tha 2nd verse and tha “refrigerator!” Tha 3rd verse iz dat tight-ass shit wit tha consistent-ass rhymes; you know what it iz!!! My Rating: 4.6


12. “BMC G (Commercial)”
A really-long commercial? >>> LOL, it’s a song and it sounds tight! Tha rhymes are consistent, once again; y’all know how ta hold shit down!! Ooh, some dialect in tha middle of tha song… At 2:54, I hear tha start of some freestylin’…; sounds pretty good wit a beatbox-soundin’ background beat! Sounds like it was two different songs in one track dat sounds tight; dat Lunatic dude’s real tight!!! I like how he spelled his name; “it’s tha L-to-tha-U-to-tha-N-to-tha-A-to-tha-T-to-tha-I-C, straight G!” My Rating: 4.6

Ending it with… >>> I like tha beat start; this sounds good… This iz pretty nice wit tha tight rappin’; doesn’t get betta than a combo like dis!! Tha hook’s pretty catchy; anotha way ta combine wit dis hotness!! LOL, tha quiet part about 40% in, once again; glad y’all included dat lil’ pause in tha track, again! Tha end iz a loud beat sound, lol? This iz really interestin’; I will rate this over “BMC 4 Life”, which iz pretty tight!! My Rating: 4.8


Overall: Well, y’all earned five stars from me; it definitely iz “BMC 4 Life” now dat I just heard dis!! All y’all keep up tha great work!!!
