Reviewed on 6.07.2011 (Review #974)
Got my 1st review for today, resuming my marathon: Bum “Who Can I Really Blame?”! Start Time: 3:42 PM | End Time: 4:18 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Sickest M-F Ever Born”
Really? Hope you can bring such greatness to tha table!! >>> Ooh, could be; I’m likin’ how you sound on tha mic! Such a grimy voice!! Wait ‘til I hear more content from you; should be pretty tight!! Tha rhymes are soundin’ good when it comes ta “watchin’” people as well as tha struggle you’re goin’ through! Tha hook sounds good; I agree wit dis “sickest muthafucka eva born” shit, ya dig? Damn, tha 2nd verse sounds even betta, especially wit dis “take ‘em to a dead end” shit; damn, you got shit on lock!!! Tha 3rd verse iz real nice for tha streetz; likin’ shit, especially tha “peer pressure” shit dat’s brought up. LOL, “peer pressure” didn’t affect me; sometimes, bein’ in your own world iz 2x betta—more creative! You keepin’ it goin’ and goin’, here!! My Rating: 4.9
02. Tell My Son (Intro)
LOL, an intro afta tha 1st song? >>> This sounds scary wit tha baby and what’s even scarier iz dat my mom just came in tha room and told me dat my late uncle’s wife just overdosed and died, lol? What tha hell? Anyway, nice job wit tha scaryness; weird dat it’s after an intro track, lol. My Rating: N/A
03. “Tell My Son”
Let’s see what gon go on wit dis… >>> I like tha beat sound for tha start… Ooh, this iz a nice, 504, Louisiana-type song—tha kinda shit dat would play on my “Tha Louisiana Pit” radio show! This sounds pretty good; good vibe and tha shit you got goin’ on, here. My Rating: 4.2
04. “Why You Ain’t Laughing” Feat. G-Money
Keepin’ it goin’ wit a feature! >>> This sounds betta; I like tha vibe and tha hook iz pretty good/catchy wit how it’s delivered! Ooh, “a pound of weed” in tha 1st verse; good shit! Sounds like a lotta shit goin’ on in this 1st verse; I really like how it’s a conversation!! Delivered in a nice way, here!! Doin’ tha damn thang fa tha 2nd verse and even tha 3rd verse; “why you ain’t laughing no mo” says it all when it comes ta what’s goin’ on! My Rating: 4.7
½time: Really hot CD, here; glad you consider yourself tha “Sickest M-F Ever Born”! A 4.6-rated CD, currently!!!!!!
05. “Tha Day Dope Went Dry”
This iz an interestin’ title; let’s see what’s goin’ on, here! >>> Beat’s nice and slow, here; sounds like it gon be a really good joint wit a tight, laidback vibe! Content iz definitely on an A-grade level; gotta luv how you reppin’ fa tha “dope” game to tha fullest! Ooh, a female on tha hook, soundin’ like one of tha best female hooks I’ve heard!! She almost sounds like “Dirty Diana”’s hook wit tha way she vocalizes it!! One of tha best female hooks right behind dat “get ya nine, get ya glock” one, lol!! Sounds like you’re connectin’ wit someone on tha 2nd verse and as it continues; definite thumbs up and definitely good collaboration!! My Rating: 4.7
06. “Who Can I Really Blame?”
>>> Ooh, wow, really feelin’ tha beat!!! Tha hook sounds pretty tight, too; what a great combo! This iz already betta than tha previous song based off tha strength of what I’m hearin’!! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and tha content’s pretty serious as well as tha great deliveries!! I like tha whole confusion about tha “redneck country boy;” yea, what a sucky situation! Good job wit how you came through wit dis throughout tha rest of dis song, too! My Rating: 4.9
07. Revolution (Intro)
Anotha intro? Should build up to a great song! >>> Sounds like good DJ hostin’; thumbs up fa all this shit, lol. My Rating: N/A
08. “Revolution” Feat. Jr. Mack, Rob, Bread, Demone & Uncle Dick Dezel
Looks like a huge collaboration!!! >>> Production sounds like some hot, G-Funk-type shit… Ooh, tha hook’s really uptempo wit tha vocals and so energetic!! Ooh, anti-“white boy”-type shit; definitely interested and I salute y’all fa feelin’ this way! Tha 1st verse iz definitely on ‘n’ poppin’, here, wit this anti-“white”-type shit; I respect tha opinion. LOL, I hear some Juvenile-soundin’ vocals before tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse, which iz no less before “Back That Thang Up”… As I mentioned above, tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse’s soundin’ good; alternatin’ between members? I heard, “Rob,” so he must be in here, doin’ tha damn thang! Let’s see what tha 2nd verse gon offer… Ooh, great voice!! “Inhale, exhale, this bag of weed;” I luv it, already!! I feel like “inhale, exhale” when it comes ta hearin’ this dude spit!! I’d luv ta sniff some good “weed” right now!!! Thumbs up fa tha 1st ½ of tha 2nd verse, comin’ through real hard!!! Tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse iz pretty tight, too; crazy shit goin’ on, here!!! Once again, it sounds like a combination between two rappers and it’s crazier than tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse!!! Sounded shorter than tha 1st verse’s 2nd ½ but it was tighter!! How will tha 3rd verse go? Ooh, this iz some crazy shit, here, wit tha consistent, fast rappin’!! Ooh, more alternation between rappers; gotta luv it!! Tha craziness added up to a perfect-rated song; you know what it iz!! From tha start at 0:00 to tha end at 6:07, this whole entire joint went off!!! My Rating: 5.0
09. “I Can Feel Your Pain”
How we gon end dis? >>> Beat sounds normal-paced and good fa tha ‘90s, here; good content, too, when it comes to tha hood! Ooh, tha hook sounds good fa err-body in a struggle; struggler’s anthem! Tha deliveries are incredible, once again, and how you stay consistent as a ma’fucka on dis shit, here!!! My Rating: 4.6
Overall: Anotha classic CD right here!!! You came through in a real tight-ass way fa tha 504!!! Hope you’re still alive, as well as tha features on here, and keep doin’ tha damn thang!! Keep luvin’ tha smell of marijuana, lol!
