Reviewed on 6.09.2011 (Review #992)
Time ta end it wit my 8th review of tha day: J-Dawg—once again—“Smokin’ N Rollin’”!! Start Time: 10:22 PM | End Time: 10:44 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. Intro
LOL, 17 seconds long. >>> Sounds serious wit tha bell; don’t usually hear too many bells in music! “Rest in piss, bitch;” great ending!! My Rating: N/A
02. “Murda Afta Midnight” Feat. Ice Mike
Definitely lookin’ forward ta dis collaboration!!! >>> Yea, this iz some dark, spooky-type shit; really feelin’ tha whole “afta midnight” theme goin’ on, here!!! Tha 1st verse sounds pretty gutta; A+ rhymes, A+ content, and this joint’s definitely off tha chain, overall, wit this tight-ass beat, too!!! Gotta keep tha gangsta shit goin’ wit tha 2nd verse, too; definitely on some tight-ass shit!!! Tha 3rd verse sounds faster, lol; A+, here!!! Y’all a real great team; unstoppable!!!!! My Rating: 5.0
03. “Heart Don’t Lie” Feat. Che
Yes, anotha Che collaboration!!! >>> Definitely feelin’ tha collaboration and constant-changin’ vocals!! Great job wit tha alternations!! Yes, this like a Mystikal-soundin’ song dat’s real tight!!! Damn, what great-ass music, here!!! Really feelin’ tha fastness of tha rhymes and tha content fa tha real, street dudes!!! “Look into my ghetto eye;” such a great voice!!!!! Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty serious, too; anotha kick-ass collaboration, right chea!!! My Rating: 4.9
04. “J What U Got”
Looks like a great question! >>> Yes, it iz; tight hook!! I hope ta meet you one day, J-Dawg; you must “got” nothin’ but tha best inside your big-ass pants, heavy-supplied-ass shirt, and so on!! Rhymes are soundin’ great, here; nothin’ but constant rappin’ dat has A+ quality!! Tha 2nd verse iz about people “hatin’” on you; fuck ‘em! You know you can carry buku thangz wit you, dawg! Tha 3rd verse sounds tight, too; good shit goin’ on, here, wit your consistency!!! My Rating: 4.8
05. “Animosity Of A Gangta” Feat. Insane
Ooh, a collab wit Insane!! >>> Sounds like an interestin’ song; thought this title was familiar but it’s a different song fa me. Good collaboration throughout tha 1st verse; nothin’ but great collaborations wit J-Dawg!!! “This world iz colder than a polar bear;” great way ta start off tha 2nd verse wit a, unfortunate, line! Once again, tha both of y’all teamed up great when it came ta deliverin’ shit fa tha 2nd verse! Now, I’m hearin’ tha 3rd verse and it’s catchy, too; I liked tha previous songs betta but this iz still quality. My Rating: 4.5
06. Interlude
LOL, how short! >>> “Bein’ a gangster iz better than bein’ tha president of tha United States;” good shit! My Rating: N/A
07. “Still Representin’”
>>> Glad you always “representin’;” catchy hook wit this voice… Uh oh, here comes tha A+ J-Dawg, again, lol!!! “Huntin’ you niggaz like buffalos;” whoa!!!!! Damn, how many words are you sayin’?!? You want anotha perfect-rated song, lol?!?!? ROFL, tha 2nd verse’s continuin’ wit dis shi—fuck it, this iz a perfect-rated song!!!!!!!!!! I don’t need ta hear tha last 2:11!!! But, I’ll give it a lis—of course, you really holdin’ down tha 3rd verse, again!!! Fuck, I’d rate this a 5.1 if I could!!!!! One of tha best songs I’ve heard!!!!! My Rating: 5.0
½time: Damn, you really goin’ nuts on this CD, here!!! Will you beat tha Graveyard Soldjas for best CD of all time? So far, a whoppin’ 4.8 for tha CD rating!!!!!!!!!!
08. “Mighty Dollah” Feat. Insane
Yes!! >>> Sounds like a catchy song; almost sounds like it could be a mainstream song based off tha combination of tha beat, tha rhymin’, and tha content! Content’s nice and tha rhymes are nice, too! My Rating: 4.6
09. “Da Ghetto Gave Me”
What did they give you? >>> Beat sounds like it gon be an explosion fulla your rapid rhymes, lol! Tha hook sounded so short but I was right, tha fastness from you iz here!!! A+ content, A+ rhymes, and A+ song!!! LOL, tha 2nd verse’s comin’ through wit some kick-ass shit, too!!! I don’t feel 100% perfect about this song but it’s pretty close!! This was one of your best shorter songs… My Rating: 4.9
10. “Would U Die 4 Me”
Great question; should be pretty personal! >>> Sounds like I wouldn’t be too crazy about this but I like how tha hook sounds wit dat singer! “Neva smoked dis much weed befo;” big pot head, lol! You doin’ ya thang, dawg! Thought tha rhymes would be a lil’ faster but at least you got tha consistency, content, and err-thang tight goin’ on, once again!! Back in tha day, I used ta “die 4” people, but I’m growin’ up now, learnin’ dat people are pure bullshit! Once I start gettin’ money from people, then, I can “die 4” them all I want! Nice rhymes you continuin’ ta bring to tha table; glad you doin’ a nice job, here! “G-Slimm” died by this time? My Rating: 4.7
11. “Smokin’ & Rollin’”
Time fa tha title track, which I’m really lookin’ forward ta hearin’ your “smokin’ & rollin’” rhymes!!! >>> Yes!!! “You can tell by tha smell of my clothes;” gotta luv tha smoke-“smell” of clothes!!! Yes, even some fast-ass rhymes!!! Whoo!!! You’re gonna have three perfect-rated songs; this hasn’t happened since March 2009!!! Whoo!!! You’re really goin’ nuts on a song dat really should be laidback wit this topic, lol!!!!! ROFL, tha 2nd verse comin’ through, too, wit this kick-assness!!!!! ROFL, I luv it!!!!!!!!!! I feel like Alexia could laugh her ass off by hearin’ all this fastness!!!!!!!!!! I might like this betta than tha one I wanted ta rate a 5.1!!! My Rating: 5.0
12. “So Long (R.I.P.)”
Let’s hear this tribute—prolly to G-Slimm. >>> Sounds laidback; not bad wit tha beginning… Tha rhymes sound rapid wit a sad theme; I’m likin’ this mix, ya dig? Definite thumbs up on tha rappin’ and all tha rhymes!! LOL, you must have pages ‘n’ pages ‘n’ pages of rhymes, lol! Prolly would’ve liked this betta if your vocals were tha same as tha perfect-rated songs! My Rating: 4.7
13. “Freak Nasty” Feat. Playboy Sha-Burnke
Original version? I guess this CD’s older than tha one I just reviewed? Either way, I’m reviewin’ these old CDs in A-B-C order. >>> I was only in tha mood wit a 4.4, at first, but this sounds betta; I like tha orgasms in tha background, lol! My Rating: 4.6
14. “Smokin’ & Rollin’ (Radio)”
Yes, a radio edit to this song!!! Now, I don’t have ta edit it, lol! See #11 fa tha review!
15. “Up Next: Insane As Frankie Da Screwdrive (Outro)” (Insane)
LOL, I think I heard this song? >>> Sounds good; I rated this a 4.8! My Current Rating: 4.8
Overall: Wow, this was a real, tight-ass CD, bruh!!! I really felt it, as you are tied for tha most perfect-rated songs on a CD (3)!!! That’s a definite plus!!! One of tha best CDs I reviewed of all time; might be right behind Graveyard Soldjas’s “Love & Hate”; keep up tha great work!!!
